Fun tour - not too long, great tour guide - so much personality and sense of humor! Great way to drive a round Minneapolis and see the city and hear some fun spooky stories :-)
I thought it was a lot of fun and the tour guide was super cute and funny. The staff was super cool and the vibes were very good. They also included my son who is autistic in the tour which I thought was really cool. He made noise and no one gave us a hard time which I really appreciate. I was happy to support a family business in Minneapolis.
It was a fun experience to see the city in a unique way. I liked that we got out and walked and that it wasn't just a drive by tour.

We live in Minneapolis, but it was great to see the city from another perspective. This tour is so much fun! I recommend showing up an hour early to get dinner inside the Pillsbury Club. The menu is limited, but the burgers are great, and you can't beat the atmosphere.
Soooo much fun! Great tour guide, and the stories were fascinating. Definitely recommend paying for the extra attic tour.
Its expensive and that is understandable because of the fuel prices and personal payroll. Its to me geared twords any younger crowd. If you enjoy real history this is not your tour.

Our group was made up of ghost enthusiast, scaredy cats, some local to the area and I don’t know why I’m here. All 5 of us found it educational and comical. I found out about this tour from tictok and knew it was a great fit for our group.

Very entertaining and informative tour. Cole was a fun tour host and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Gabe was a great driver!
Very fun tour, tour guide/driver was very enthusiastic and explaining everything in a fun way for adults and kids. Worth it even to just get a drive around Minneapolis to see the city. Only wish there was an option to be dropped off somewhere downtown instead of the bus diving back to the original site. It seemed like they were more interested in selling a VIP haunted house additional tour instead.
You start at the Pillsbury mansion, be a little early and you get to look around the mansion a little bit. Very cool.

Our tour guide, Cole, was fabulous! Couldn’t have picked a more interactive and enthusiastic guide. He was engaging and relevant! Our driver, Gabe, was incredibly safe and smooth. Overall a fantastic experience.
Two things to note (not negative)- it is more of a cheesy haunting tour than serious and I did get motion sickness (definitely not the first time). But if you’re prone to it maybe bring some motion sickness meds 😅

Great stories about ghosts and was also fun to explore around Minneapolis in the trolley and avoid the rain.
Very well put together. Trolly had very good heat!! To hear the Narrator tell all the stories so well, almost felt like he lived threw it all! Even had a door in the carpenter mansion get shut on my face.
It was so informative and really fun. Wish we could have gotten out for a few minutes to see the water tower while he was talking about it and if they could have turned around on the island and went back the same way so the people on the otter side of the trolley could have a better look at the houses in That neighborhood. But it was well worth the trip from Rochester and gave me

The driver and host for the trolley was very entertaining and knowledgeable! You have the opportunity to get out of the trolley to view different places
We had such a great time. The tour guide was so fun and entertaining. The stories were compelling, backed up with newspaper clippings. The tour of the city at night was beautiful!
After spending the night before going to a concert, I decided to stay an extra night in the Twin Cities. I googled cool things to do in the area and this was the top hit. I booked the tour it is was so worth the time. I showed up an hour early and looked the Mansion. They did a great job with the theme and decor. The tour was very cool. The tour guide brings it to life with enthusiasm. Next time will have to bring family with.
