I loved this tour and experience! Our tour guide was absolutely lovely and had so much knowledge and love for his city. It became apparent in how he told stories, shared Minneapolis history, and made us all laugh with his witty humor and great personality. I traveled in from D.C. to go to the Vikings v. Commanders game and wanted to see more of the city while I was in town. This was an intriguing and enjoyable tour that took us to the majority of major landmarks and historical spots in Minneapolis. John was a great tour guide and offered a fresh and energetic experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is in town and wants to see a side of Minneapolis you otherwise probably wouldn’t get to see!

My trip fell in the middle of a snow storm.
So, I was not sure if the tour was a go?
Tried calling (3pCST on 11/28/25) and could not get anyone on the phone. Left message - no call back. On the day of the tour, 11/29, Viator support was able to confirm the tour was a ‘GO’ a few hours before departure.
This communication thing, in the middle of a weather event left me wondering if this was a good choice?
If you look past the communication issue, the start point of the tour was easy to find.
I was greeted by Debbie, who was a true delight.
Our tour guide was awesome! (Forgot to get his name). He was Fun, engaging, informative!
Complete with a slide presentation on the history of the city! Loved that part the most!
Do I recommend the tour… absolutely!
But, I recommend the vendor get better at communicating. Especially during a weather event that made this out of towner very anxious 24 hours before the tour.

When you have a great tour guide it makes all the differenced in a tour. Our tour guide was amazing. I can't remember his name but he was originally from Tennessee. He was so friendly, animated and very knowledgeable. I can't thank him enough for making this tour so worth the money. Love it, love it...

We came to Minneapolis to visit our granddaughter who had just moved here from California. We all had a wonderful time listening to all of the historical facts and seeing so many fascinating structures. Gabriel was an excellent guide. Our granddaughter pointed out that he still sounded excited and proud in his delivery, even though it was his second tour of the day.

Initially I had a little confusion as the location to meet had changed.
Once there, the tour was comfortable and informative. I was able to gather much information in a relatively short period of time.

Our family likes to do guided tours in most areas we visit. I’ve been going to school here for 2 years and I learned more about the twin cities in one hour than I had during that time! Our guide was super skilled at navigating, talking, and listening to comments of those around him. There were historical pictures and comfortable seating on the trolley. And to find out this is a family business was so touching and awesome!! I would totally come back for some of the themed / night tours!
