I’m not gonna lie it started out good we had fun but when we came back, they told us that we broke one of their bikes and that we had to pay a $300 fee the customer service when you got back was horrible. They’re rude. They call us racial slurs. They tried to take all of your deposit before you make a decision going on with this company. Read the reviews. Every review they had on that page is horrible reviews read your review reviews if you still decide to go with the with this company, make sure you take pictures and detailed videos of the bike that you’re on before you go so they don’t say you damaged something that you didn’t if they jump off their bike to take a picture of your bike you jump off the bike and take pictures of your bike as well horrible horrible horrible would never go back here again.

Well it was a great time as the ride went on. The only thing that threw us was there is another $100 fee unaware of it. Then the free goggles are used. But that's another topic. They overall did good. Fix that bathroom issue!!!!

Do not book DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK the directions they provided was wrong they do not associate with by brothers restaurant where I was told to check in following directions they said to call no contact number was provided I didn’t get to do ATV nobody waited at the front it’s no signs that say wait here call this number or anything very unprofessional DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK !!!

I can’t recommend Osuna Off Road Adventures enough! This ATV experience through the Hidden Forest was the highlight of our Miami trip. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and safe. The guides were super knowledgeable and made sure everyone, whether a beginner or experienced rider, felt comfortable before we hit the trails. The ride itself was absolutely exhilarating. You’re not just zipping around a field—you’re deep in a beautiful, untouched part of Miami most people never get to see. Towering trees, winding paths, and even a few muddy spots made it feel like a real off-road adventure. The ATVs were well-maintained and powerful, and the route had the perfect mix of adrenaline and scenic beauty. Omg we had a blast! The trails and the sunset were beautiful and so much fun! They took us through a forest which was super cool, I had never done anything like that before. The service was 5 star without a doubt and the ATVs are brand new! I can’t wait to come back!!
