Informative. Great when it works well, but it suggested a route, which I took, then said no more. I looked at the map and required the main route, then it started talking again.

We loved this Journey! The directions are fine without Google. The Historical Facts are great! We would have loved more sites and would have loved to drive by Ma Rainey gravesite. The Narrator's voice is very clear and concise.

If you want a surface tour of Memphis this is for you. I was looking for more history in the tour. It did share information on some of the music and performers from the area.

Stax records, Beale street, and Lorraine Motel were outstanding. Everyone should make time to go inside. The directions are hard to follow as they kept skipping and jumping between alternate points of interest. Thanks to other reviewers suggestions, We ended up taking the list and putting it in GPS which worked much better. Some other reviews also talked about sketchy neighborhoods but they were just poor communities with failing infrastructure. I was not concerned about safety.

All you need to do is delete the tour from your app and redownload the updated version. My tours are valid for a year so you can take your time. The app doesn't provide enough directions for you to stay on track. One of the roads you were supposed to turn on we couldn't find anyway on Google maps. Also we traveled through some VERY rough parts of the city.

Laurel, my Memphis tour provides directions both audibly and visually—no need to rely on Google Maps. If the audio mentions a turn, that turn appears in the app itself. Aretha Franklin’s birthplace is in a rough part of town but comes with a clear warning about that (and it’s an optional detour anyway). I see you used the password but didn’t reach out—I really wish I’d had the chance to assist in real time. I'm available every day from 9 to 6 and would be happy to help troubleshoot, offer a replacement tour in another location, or process a refund if needed.

For the price, it was awesome. The only negative aspect is that it took you through some rough parts of town without protection and caused my wife not to want to stop and look around. I would do it again, but much slower so I could get out and see some things.

Not worth the money. The driving route is in some very sketch areas. We skipped a few as I wasn’t about to drive down some of the streets and I live in Detroit!
