Good infomative tour. Wish we could of spent a little longer time at some stops but LA in a day is a lot of ground to cover.

Good for an overview of neighboorhoods in LA, but mostly driving with a few stops. Guide focused mostly on pointing out where various scenes of movies were shot. A lot of BS about how affordable LA was to live in 🤪. Van was comfortable and there were only 8 of us.

Because we cover so much ground, there's driving between stops and our knowledgeable guides use that time to share stories about the city's history, culture, architecture and landmarks with film locations as just one part of the experience.

This city tour is not recommended. Because of city regulations with a tour bus and because of traffic we had limited stops. It is more sightseeing from inside the bus. The tour quide was wel informed about the life and living in the LA area but Sometimes to hé gave to much info. But he did his best to enjoy the travellers in this tour. The tour bus was not very comfortabele. Be aware by booking this tour and the Limitations about the sightseeing because there are maybe other and better options to see LA

Los Angeles county is well known for its traffic and access limitations. We pride ourselves on adapting to restrictions imposed by the cities we visit. Recently, the city of Beverly Hills has implemented numerous vehicle weight limitations as well as street restrictions which has caused us to reroute our tours while still providing the viewing our guests desire. Your comment about the guide "sometimes ..,gave too much info." is a bit concerning. We are not sure what that means. We are confident that we provide tours that are among the best available.
I paid for this tour and they just didn’t turn up - I was at the designated collection point 15 minutes before the advised time and waited an hour after the advised commencement time - thanks for nothing

Our driver arrived on time to your hotel for pick up. Could not find you. tried to contact you via your international phone number, but no luck. He waited for 20 minutes. He was advised by the Concierge of the hotel that you have moved out into a different hotel. we had 12 other passengers onboard that day and could not wait around more than 30 minutes for you.
I chose to drop the last stop.
The driver could have just clarified the beach name for the couple instead of lecturing passengers for not paying enough attention to his words.

I like that the tour offered pick up and drop off at our hotel. It gave a great overview of Los Angeles. Our guide, Gabriel, was friendly and knowledgeable.

Did not do all the stops that were listed in the description what is less than time said it would be. Customer service is abrupt and rude.

Although we are never happy to receive negative reviews, we do appreciate hearing when our guests are not satisfied. We take pride in the quality of our tours and the overwhelming preponderance of positive reviews on Viator and social media.
Above all else, the security and safety of our guests is our primary goal. When we are made aware of potential problems along our planned routes, we make adjustments to assure both safety and tour quality are achieved. This was the case with replacing Venice Beach with Marina del Rey on the day of your tour. We were made aware of serious safety and security issues at the beach. When changes are made, our guides also inform guests of any changes and the reasons for them at the beginning of each tour. Our advertising also includes annotations that changes may be made to accommodate circumstances beyond our control.
Your comment that our customer service is "abrupt and rude" clearly is your interpretation of our not agreeing with your criticism. We hoped for your understanding. Thank you again, for taking the time to express your concerns.
John was amazing, knowledge, and personible. He gave us his insight in the areas we visited. We would recommend his to anyone that wants to learn and see the area!

A lot of driving.stops at Downtown, obsevertory for far view of Hollywood sign very briefly, OK lunch stop at Mels Diner, drive past only of Santa Monica and a good stop at Venus beach and drive back to hotel. Not a bad way to introduce ourselves to LA.

Thanks for taking the time to share your input. I agree... it is a lot of driving. Los Angeles is a big place. In the 8 hours of the tour we go to over a dozen attractions and cover over 100 miles. Glad you came along with us.
The trip was ok at best since we were under the impression that we could see the Hollywood sign very up close, but it was way too far away. Also the guide was ok and funny but seemed like at the end, he was more into how to get the tips from the riders. 3 star from my experience
Well, this tour was a mixed experience with some highlights. It was raining, so the 8 hours became 5 and a half , from pick up to drop off, which was not value for money! The driver shared loads of facts about the cultural - movie, music- side of the city, but was light on historical facts for some of the places. We also learned way too much about him, his music tastes, his family, his wife, which stars he has seen, and were left wondering if this tour was less sightseeing, and more a personal insight in to living in LA. We were left wondering what else we would have done if it were fine, as the driver said we had done everything, so is this really an 8 hour tour??
This was a great tour. I am only here for three days so it was fantastic to see so much in one day. Our guide Alberto was friendly and informative and gave us some great background on the variety of sights along the way. The lunch venue was like a scene straight out of 'Happy Days.' I am travelling solo and would have struggled to fit so much in without a guide. Highly recommended:
