Driver texted me while my plane was still getting to the gate. Driver assured me he would wait while our plane was delayed in getting to a gate. Driver waited and we got our ride 55 minutes after we landed.

I’d recommend this service. Our driver Andy did a nice job! Only minor complaint was they kept switching drivers on us. And I had a hard time figuring out the pick up spot because they didn’t use ride share and we didn’t know the airport. To Andy’s credit once I sent a pic of where we were he came and found us!

Horrible-we were waiting and when we arrived I had to message the driver and then I was told that there was no driver and that I had to contact the company and request a refund and find other transportation to the hotel. Do not book this the whole ordeal was horrible

I waited for 30mins after I collected my luggage. No communication or nothing. I ended taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost me the extra money that I did not budget for. I always use viator when I travel but this time, I was really disappointment. I still have not heard anything from the company/ person who was supposed to pick me up at the airport

When I book a private transport I have some expectations. They’ll be where they’re going to be when they say they’re going to be there and they will have a vehicle that I’m comfortable riding in.
This wasn’t the case. We were directed to meet at pillar 7E - which we did. I responded to the drivers question of “did we land yet?” With yes we just landed and we are taxing now. Then I updated him that we were on the way from the gate. Finally I said - we are here - meaning we were at 7E. He wanted a Picture showing that we were there before he would head our way. Then he said that he’d be there in 10 mins.
We waiting 20 minutes until he arrived.
He picked us up in a Toyota Sienna van which was fine. What was concerning was the “maint required” yellow light in the dash, along with the low tire pressure light and a flashing red airbag light.
On top of those visual clues that the vehicle had possible issues it had a stale odor of cat pee.
Our drivers appearance was about equal to the vehicles condition which didn’t help our confidence at all.
We did arrive without any issues although the driver had to ask us if we were at the hotel. We’ve never been there, but eventually we saw a sign so yes we are here.
Glad to be there safely and without issue. Thankfully the car didn’t fall apart.

They kept in constant contact on day of service. You do need to contact them in advance if you have a lot of luggage or over sized baggage so they can assign the larger vehicle.

The ride was waiting for me when I arrived. In fact he was waiting an hour. He text me with the car identification and told me to just let him know the pillar I was standing by. The drive was quick and he was a very good driver very friendly. I would use him again.

My experience was terrible. I was expecting to be picked up after landing and ended up waiting about 40 minutes for the driver to arrive while being given ridiculous excuses for the delay, which seemed more like lies. I will never use this company again.

We used you in Rome and also LA 10 years ago and this time it was difficult with the driver. He never meet us at the pick up point. We had to ask another company to call him up. He said B8 and then he took 15 mins to get to us. Then he turned up in a Tesla and he didn’t speak to much English. He put the big bag in the front seat and then put the rest of the bags in the boot. He drove for about 2 miles and the using a phone to translate to English he drove to a side street and I said let’s take out the large bag and put it in the back. He then said again to us that we need to leave our bag on the street and you can organise that to be taken to hotel.
He was just rude from the beginning. Whenever you travel to a different country you have large and carry on.
I would you have a driver turn up and then just treat you like crap and no English.
Be very careful when you book people because we always have one that just wants to screw you over. Viator as a company just contacted this out to a Uber I think and couldn’t be bothered and you can’t contact them as well.

Benjamin communicated with us the day before the trip and during the trip. He took pictures of the airport arrival area and let us know exactly what to look for as well as pics of the vehicle. We had communications with him from the time we confirmed until the time he picked us up and dropped us off. Accidentally we gave him the wrong address and he did was not frustrated or upset, but followed our directions. Very nice and friendly. Good driver…fast thinker.

Our flight was 4 hours late so I contacted the company and they responded it’s on the driver will monitor the flight.
We arrived and the driver said you are late but I am on my way. Told us to wait. He then said to go east. I just got off a flight and had no idea where east was. He was rude but found us.
When I said that we did advise the company he said they are Chinese and wouldn’t know anything.
He sped up streets and we arrived at hotel he put bags on street got in car and sped off with no good bye or anything. Was the rudest ride of my life. We also felt unsafe when he was speeding. Would not recommend.

We should've done a much better job communicating with you and the driver. That comment about “they are Chinese and wouldn't know anything” is just wrong and inappropriate – it has no place in our service. And him speeding like that, leaving your bags on the street without a proper goodbye, is not how we want our customers to be treated at all.
We'll look into this immediately, figure out who the driver was, and take strict disciplinary action. Your feedback is super important to us, and we'll use it to train our team better so this kind of thing never happens again. We hope you can give us another chance in the future to show you the kind of respectful, safe service you deserve. Driver spoke no English. He spoke Chinese. The driver was given the wrong city. The address was correct. He refused to take us to the correct address. When he found out the correct address he tried to get us to get out of the car motioning us to get out at a closed tire garage that was closed in an unsafe neighborhood near LAX. We contacted the owner and threatened to sue them if anything happened to us, two over 65 women with 4 suitcases on a street corner.
We agreed to a safe location 13 miles away with the owner on the phone but the driver told us No. He took us to the original address on the request even though we were motioning to him to turn around. I felt like we were being kidnapped. I was afraid to get out and afraid to stay. We got to the original incorrect address, he took a photo and then called his boss. He then took us to the agreed upon location 13 miles away.
They did not charge extra although the address I actually had asked for was 36 miles away I was happy to be safe and at a location where my daughter picked us up and we got home safely.
Viator has always been my go to for all my travel needs but this vendor was a nightmare.

Our driver was 30 minutes late so we ended up taking a taxi to the airport. We nearly had to run to make it to the gate to make our flight. I sent an email to the company requesting a refund due to services not provided. I have yet to receive a response or a credit to my account. After this incident, I will not use this service again if I do not receive a refund or response from the company. Nor do I recommend this company.

The taxi driver did not arrive. When I wrote to him he said that he had fallen asleep and we had to wait 29 minutes for him to arrive. We had to enter the airport again because of the cold.
