The Hollywood City Tours full-day experience was absolutely incredible! We got to see all the iconic spots. If you're looking to view the surrounding area I highly recommend doing this tour, as driving around in traffic can be pretty hectic if doing it yourself. I was able to see and experience pretty much everything I wanted to on this tour. Highly recommend it.

Small group tour that took us to the sights of LA. Steve, the driver, was very knowledgable and gave us so much info whether it be the history or gossip of the areas we visited. His recall of facts was amazing! This tour incorporated everything I wanted to see in LA plus some extras. Well worth the money.

I was NOT allowed to board as you over booked and spoiled my entire day as I was stranded. They put me into a 2 Hrs stupid useless tour. Very disappointing my only day trip to LA got wasted.
The money should be refunded. I spent 80 $ to and fro to reach the meeting point for not getting boarded due to the providers mistake.

I got into the van and the seats were ripped, worn and sooty!!!!Gross!
Ok, overcome! The driver Alana with headset(microphone) was talking so loud, I had to put ear plugs, which didn’t help much!
When I speak for a living you don’t say things that are not necessary. I heard the word, “guys”, I’m going left! Guys, we will be …..7 hours? I heard “guys” in every sentence. Haha, I was the only female there, fine.
We would go thru many rough areas of LA. I would have liked to hear a little history of even the slummy areas.
I heard everything she mentioned, except Griffin Park.
$99.00 no water and the office, starting point, was like” I’m here to get the tourist!”
It rained all day, no glass on windows. If we had a full load, many would have gotten soaked!
I thought if the van would be open, A/C, heat??? I think the company should have that covered….Safety? The van was very high, for all types of ppl, there should have been a stepping stool. We picked her husband up, and he even mentioned, “I would of helped ppl in and out of van..”
I think I only tipped…

The guider, Samy was very kind and helpful, he took care of everyone very well! On the way, he talked about many stories about tourist attracts that were very interesting and amazing. Samy is an very experienced guider and driver. We scheduled to view Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory at the end of tour but the traffic was too heavy, so Samy drove us to another side where we could see Hollywood Sign clearly and overlook the whole city, and he pointed out many houses of famous stars during uphill. As a result, the tour was a little later than scheduled, but Samy was very responsible to show us scenery view as much as he can. As a suggestion, you should schedule another day to visit Beverly Hills if you want to take photo with Beverly Hills and shopping in Rodeo Drive, not a tour, because there was little time stopped here. And there is a City Hall on the opposite of Beverly Hills, I highly recommended which is a very fantastic architecture. This is only my experience as I visit there on the day before tour.

The driver/guide was amazing - very friendly, funny and knowledgeable and this is the only reason I give 2 stars
However the open bus was horrible- the rattiest means of transportation ever
The no windows concept to save a few bucks on AC made people sick - the air draft was very strong and uncomfortable

They sold the ticket when they knew there ate road closings..we couldn't get to the bus. They didn't call to check... I will not recommend this tour. They left without us and on top of ut tgey ask to rate their survey.

This tour was okay. I honestly expected a bit more since it's such a long tour. They initially wasn't even going to do the Hollywood Walk of Fame so if you plan to take this tour, I would definitely recommend making sure that's prior to you booking this, you understand that is or is not part of the tour. I honestly would recommend other tours.

Driving down the freeway in an open sided vehicle definitely not fun and the guide wasn’t used to the specific tour so wasn’t very informative

Great Tour for a first time visit to LA, just don’t expect too much to do at each stop of the tour other than photo ops and lunch as you only get limited time at each stop. Alana (Guide) was very knowledgeable and offered and made the tour enjoyable. The group was nice and small so it made the tour easier to enjoy. Tip if your tour is full, sit on the right hand side of bus (window seat) most of the sights you guide refers to is on the right hand side of the vehicle, also try not to sit in aisle seats or middle on back seat if tour is full you’ll end up with obstructed views. If your phone needs charging after the amount of photos you take..take a portable charger or ask the driver if they have a charger on board - thank goodness for Alana.

The Tour guide Sammy (aka Sally) made the tour experience great. He shared his wealth of information while in transit as well at the various destinations. If you have only one full day to see L.A. this is the tour hands down. It covers all the key sites, provides enough time at each stop. Lots of photo opportunities overall good fun experience.

The tour guy was nice but mumbled — I couldn’t understand what he was saying. The “market” was really just a food court. I enjoyed the observatory. Nice to quickly see Hollywood.

The food court as a "market" can be a bit misleading, but hopefully, there were some tasty options to try.

Several stops were cancelled. No stops to Hollywood, West Hollywood, or Beverly Hills. We made out of the way stops to pick up guests that took time out of our day. The office was locked up early and we were dropped off at a random parking lot to catch an Uber.
