A perfect intro to Lisbon! Elsa is fun and knowledgeable and made the walking trip interesting for all ages but the best part was the food tasting at the end. The port tasting and charcuterie boards were outrageously good. Small batch ports, locally sourced and small farm supplied meats and cheeses. And they provided NA drinks four our teens and non-drinkers which was nice. This was the real deal for foodies!

Our tour guide Sofia was an amazing tour guide. She was incredible knowledgeable and a lot of fun. She took us all over and we got to see things we never would have before. Overall 10/10. This was amazing!

This tour with our tour guide Suzanna was one of the highlights of our short 3 days trip. She was very informative regarding the complete history of Portugal and Lisbon. But the thing my travel mate and I appreciated the most was Suzanna quickly personalized the tour to accommodate us and our particular interest while staying within her schedule. We HIGHLY recommend this tour and ask for Suzanna! We will come again and request for her to take us to all the other places we did not have time for.

This tour with Alisha was very good. It was just such a nice way to start our stay in Lisbon. This tour was very personalised and we were invited to ask any questions about this beautiful city its culture, history, food and politics. We learnt so much about Lisbon from Alisha as she is passionate about what she does and Lisbon. We went to several 'secret' locations which we would never have experienced just walking around the city our selves. We particularly liked the burnt church and the discussion about its history. The wine and tapas tasting was fantastic and the owner from the Lisbon Winery who provided with an introduction to some of Portugal's wines and delicious foods. We loved the experience and would recommend this to anyone that likes to walk, talk, learning, eat and enjoy good wine.

Excellent tour!! Susanna was fabulous! one of our part was on crutches and she made every effort to find elevators and escaltors, so he didnt have to walk to much. A wonderful tour!! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Maria was fantastic. We began with a walking tour of downtown Lisbon and she was excellent at providing the historical detail and pointing out things of interest. We finished with a port, cheese, and meat tasting at Lisbon Winery near Chiado and we were thoroughly entertained by her vivacity and historical knowledge. She followed up with restaurant recommendations for us via email. We would not hesitate to do this tour again next time we are in Lisbon.

Maria was our tour guide and did a fantastic job of giving great historical and fun facts for the different sites and attractions we visited. She was an informative and fun guide, ensuring we were enjoying are tour, and asking if there were particular things we wanted to see. Maria followed up with restaurant and shopping recommendations via email. End of tour we stopped at small wine restaurant and had terrific port 5 different tastings and cheese and meat platters.

We met our guide right on time in the square in Lisbon she was great Suzanna Martin!!! Very professional and new her history. We started out walking all over the city with great tips where to shop and eat! She explained all the historical sites and we ended up Port Wine tasting and tapas eating. The tour with Elsa was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon. She is very knowledgable and gave us lots of information we never would have known abour the city, customs and history. But the best part was the private port wine tasting paired with organic cheeses, hams and sausage. The owner of the wine bar treated us like old friends and we felt so comfortable. Elsa communicated with them regarding all the ports and helped us appreciate each one even more. I highly recommend going with her on this particular tour.
She never made us feel rushed and truly gave us a wonderful experience. I just can't say enough about how great it was.

Instead of the port wine tour, I was able to switch to the Private Lisbon tour with premium Portuguese wine and tapas tastings. Our guide Sofia was personable and informative as she took us through the neighborhoods explaining history, culture and special qualities of the areas. Perhaps I misread or presumed from my initial selection that we would be tasting tapas and wines at different venues as we walked through the neighborhoods. This was my priority for signing up for a food tour as I wanted to be acquainted with places in the neighborhoods. I definitely remember reading about stopping at Cervejaria Trinidade but the site description has since changed. The tastings only took place at the wine bar on our last stop.
This would not have been my choice had I known it was basically a history walking tour with tastings at one wine bar.

Lisbon started our European tour in May, I've been lax in writing this review, but I am please to say it was fantastic. As a private tour my wife and I were able to really get to know our tour guide. She gave us the insider view of many sites and as the tour was centered around the foods and drinks of Lisbon we got to taste many wonderful items. From the Ginga Cherry to the Cream Puff all the tastes were great. The highlight for us was the ending where we sat at the Lisbon Wine Bar and excellent place to enjoy great tapas, wine and port.

Best four hours my wife and I spent with Elsa, our tour guide, who was affiliated with your friend in Lisbon. She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Lisbon and Spain and showed us hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. Elsa spoke perfect English was an absolute a joy to spent time with. The Port Wine and Tapas Tasting took place at the Lisbon Winery and was superb. I have been on other tours where the so called wine tasting involved only a couple of wines. At the Lisbon Winery, we were not only presented with five different ports but also refills. They also presented 2 huge platters, one filled with many different meats and the other with regional cheeses, fruits and nuts. Again, Elsa Paseoa sp a great guide, Lisbon Winery, a great wine bar and all worth every penny of the cost.

Just a fabulous tour all around and a must see for anyone looking to experience the amazing wine, meats, and cheeses of Portugal. Our guide was excellent and an amazing host...the wine/tapas bar we went to was also incredible. i can't recommend this tour enough....it will be one of the best you will make in Lisbon.

This was one of the best tours i went on during my trip and we had such an amazing time learning from our friendly guide and sitting at an absolutely wonderful wine/tapas bar that she took us to. I was incredibly impressed with both the knowledge i gained and the absolutely amazing cheeses, port and meats i tried....we got so much more than we asked for and it was definitely a highlight of our entire trip. this is one of the few tours i highly, highly recommend no matter what....you wont be disappointed...the guides in Portugal are all excellent....just a credit to their profession and ours was no exception.

One of my favorite tours of all time. Margarehta was a charming and informative guide and the wine tasting and tapas at the end of the tour was outstanding. This was a great way to learn about Lisbon and the Portugese life style.

Outstanding Tour! It was our last day In Lisbon and It ended with a great experience with Our guide Elsa, who was very knowledgable and friendly. We met her close to our Hotel and then walked throughout Lisbon for a few hours before ending up at the Lisbon Winery in the Bairro Alto area for a Wine tasting along Artisanl cheeses with Chorizo, ham and jams! DElISH! They serve Premium Portuguese Wines which are exceptional an presented by Alex, who is an expert in his field! We loved the entire experience from beginning to end!

Our tour guide, Rita, and the port/ tapas tasting were both amazing! First - this is truly a private tour. It was just my husband and I with the guide. Second - the hills of Lisbon are steep and the guide is able to let you set the pace. I had surgery a few weeks prior and wasn't over it as much as I hoped. First couple of hours historical walking tour. Rita was able to answer with dates! every question I threw her way and she pointed out several local food stores that we returned to on our own the next day. Last part of tour rest and relaxation with port and generous tapas. The restaurant staff was knowledgeable and funny. What could be better? My favorite part of our trip to Lisbon!

This walking and tasting tour was fantastic. Marta brought the city of Lisbon to life, explaining the history and showing us the highlights of the downtown core. She was knowledgeable and lots of fun. At the end of the tour, the tasting was superb and we really appreciated the explanation by our restaurant host as to the background and importance of the four ports and tapas we had the opportunity to try. Marta was so easy to be with and through conversation with her we felt that we got to know so much about the Portuguese life and culture. We highly recommend you take this tour.
