A:There is a nominal fee to park at the STRAT. Oversize parking is available in the lot directly across Las Vegas Boulevard (east of the casino).

Two of the three rides were closed for maintenance. This was not mentioned on either Strat or Viator’s website. One of the rides had been closed for maintenance for almost a year according to one of the workers.

I had to cancel my ticket, because Viator was telling me I will not get partial discount, since one of their ride was down. The fact it was still being advertised for purchase from Viator, I am not happy with the service on this one.

Upon arrival, we were informed that only ONE RIDE (SKYJUMP) was available. I paid for unlimited rides (SKYJUMP, BIG SHOT, XSCREAM) for 2 people, but they were closed. We were not given a reason. I did request a refund to accommodate the inconvenience. We were so much looking forward to it.

One ride was closed. The best one!! Apparently this is not uncommon for rides to close. I am not clear on if I can get a refund. This is the type of experience you should wait until you arrive to book.

We waited for an elevator for over 1 hour just to get to the top. Only one elevator worked apparently. We left because waiting in line was not how we wanted to spend our evening. We requested a refund and were denied because “we should have got there earlier”

The views were great and wasn’t too busy at the bar. Happy hour was worth the wait for the drink prices. $12-18 a drink which isn’t to bad when happy hour is buy one get one free.
However the top looked dated, one ride is out of service and seems to have been for a long time and no intention to return.

The elevator was fun, we were able to go to the highest floor. I just didn’t like the way the security did not want to do much for my phone when I told him someone just walked out with it

We were so excited to ride ALL the rides since we paid for an unlimited ride band. However when we got there only one ride was working. The main ride we wanted to ride has been broke for over 6 months. Not one word was mentioned when we bought the tickets that ANY ride was not working. I understand last minute but this is a long term that should have been known.

I went to the Strat at 9:30pm to go on the ride and they denied access and was told to come the day after. I did and still was denied access.

The two of the three rides that were open were great! The other ride was clouded for "maintaince". And one of the cameras in the remaining rides was broken. A little disappointed but the rides were still a lot of fun! 😀

I ordered unlimited pass for all 3 rides , but when I whent there they told me onlu 2 are availeble and Viator is not part of the hotel and need to ask them why they sold me this package

The day we arrived insanity was shut for maintenance, I know this is essential however when you buy an unlimited ride ticket to only get to do 2 with no alternative being offered, no chance to come do it another day or a discount it’s very disappointing

I love the Big Shot! The X-Scream is fun too but you need to be right up front to get the best experience. I was very disappointed that Insanity was closed down "for maintenance" when I saw no one working on it. I think they just didn't have enough staff. But I paid for all 3 rides, so they should have told us it wasn't open and given me a partial refund.

Great view from the top. Hardly ever falls off the roof. Just kidding! Perfectly safe but kind of intense. 3 thrill rides at the top of the Strat. They will get your heart pumping. And the Strat still has free parking, bless them.

Voucher was good just be careful slots fill up fast especially at night. Minors need to be accompanied by an the adult needs to purchase a ticket to go up with them

Easy to use in terms of the website, payment, ticket presentation. The actual "events", the rides, the staff and the overall experience at the Stratosphere was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice, helpful, and fun. Would highly recommend.

Due to high winds the Stratosphere rides were shut down. Now I am trying to get Viator to give us a refund in which the Stratosphere employees said that they would give us one.
