Pickup is available from the parking lot of the Souvenir Outlet located across the street from the Mandalay Bay. Pickup times will be advised upon reconfirmation text with the local operator a day prior to your tour. No check-in times are confirmed until the text is received.

Closed Toe shoes must be worn. Crocs, Flip Flops, Sandals, Slides and Yeezy Foam Runners will not be accepted as appropriate footwear. Bags cannot be worn over shoes. There are no refunds if your shoes do not meet the requirements upon check in.
For the safety of the guests, riders must pass the orientation in order to proceed with the tour.
Must be 18 years or older to participate.
Helmets are required and must be worn on tour. If your hair cannot fit within it, if you cannot take your hair down, or if you cannot remove religious headwear, you will not be able to participate and NO REFUNDS will be given.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

I had so much fun and Harry is the man! He's a great guide and excellent teacher. He made my group every comfortable and built our confidence. He had me as his #1 for the ride. I was honored. After heading back he gave us pedialite popsicles so we didn't become dehydrated, along with laughs and knowledge while being in Vegas. This is the best ATV experience I had. This is a must and if you get Harry you will not be disappointed and you are definitely gonna ride and be safe.

I would recommend that if you are considering this, you need to go with experience of driving/riding ATVs. The “safety training” was presented very fast and not thorough nor made fun and when riding the ATVs, you were yelled at if not following the instructions which I observed that could have been described better in the training. As this is a tourist attraction, the “guides” should be more open to this being new to some and should be made fun and not negative. I personally gave up and observed others as this instantly was not fun.

Awful experience, Cary was very rude and obnoxious. It started out great but once we were in the van headed to the atv site she started talking to us like we were children. She didn't explain the rules. She lectures us on the rules. The worse part was when we got there she was going over the atv and she explained that the atv had a thumb pedal for the gas. My brother in law who is missing his right thumb asked if the had any ATVs with a foot pedal and she very loudly said What! You're missing your thumb! And it is on your right ! She continued to make him feel bad for missing his thumb. She was very loud and upset. Saying you can't ride the atv, in I don't know what you are going to do. Why didn't we know! She called her bosses and they said he couldn't ride. The fact they said he couldn't ride is fine they agreed to refund his money and said it was due to safety issues. It is the way she handled it and made him feel that was unacceptable.

Take a small backpack/purse other type of bag to hold phone secure during riding. Lots of fun and don’t worry if you’ve never been on an ATV, follow the safety rules and you’ll have a great time!

Great weather for riding ATV's in the desert. The experience was a lot of fun. Our leader stressed safety and that was maintained throughout the ride. I feel comfortable enough to the advance class when I return to Vegas. The only drawback was the slow person in front of me making everyone behind this person fall behind. However, it was the beginner class.

Wow what an experience!!! This was super fun!! Our guide Elyjah was very knowledgeable and straight to the point with dos and donts. The desert heat at 110, Elyjah made sure to keep us hydrated with fresh cold water and breaks. Would recommend everyone to do this tour with the ATVs.

Tour Guide: Robert When you're the Agent and the Client it can be a lot🤦🏿‍♀️ The booking was seamless and the instructions given were easy. Robert was a Complete Fool but that's what made it better. My group of 6 had 1 vet and 5 beginners but it was AMAZING! I'd definitely celebrate another Bday on an ATV 🤗 Our Tour was 6am (when you live here you know to beat the Vegas heat)

Your experience will depend on the group of people going, some people were super slow and not comfortable driving. It was boring, you couldn't go fast. I would suggest to divide the group into 2 after the 30 mins practice one group for the least confortable and the other group for the more experienced.

Failed to complete the course

ATV driving is not my thing. I gave up about 15 minutes after the practice cones and sat on the ATV while the rest of the group went on and came back for me. All the staff were in communication by radio and someone came out from the base to check on me. He would have helped me back but my main guide had (sensibly) removed the key. Dustin was my tour guide from the meeting point and he was joined by Patrick as the desert guide at the ATV base ie when the ATVs are being used there are 2 experienced and knowledgeable staff around.
