Guide never showed up- didn't answer phone calls or respond to email timely. Viator couldn't contact him. Received an email 30 min after start time basically just saying sorry.

Hello there.
When you run a business by yourself, as well as working a full time job, sometimes things happen. This day I was very tired and slept through alarms and the phone ringing. Awoke around 9:20 AM, still drained and thoroughly ashamed at missing this tour, so not only did I refund your money right away, I also emailed you to apologize for the inconvenience. Then, I cancelled all of the available tour dates while I re-evaluate my current schedule and life happenings. This is the ONLY time something like this has happened since becoming a guide in 2018. Sadly, it happened with you, and truly, I am sorry. Thanks for being so understanding.

Shaun was punctual and ready to proceed. We had our own private tour and so enjoyed all the hx and recommendations for books and movies. If I come back to Las Vegas I will stay on Fremont Street based on tour and casinos and food choices.

This tour was a whole lot more than we expected and were thoroughly impressed with Sean's knowledge and experience of the rich history Las Vegas has had. If you want to know more about the history of Freemont street and the surrounding area, then my wife and I strongly recommend this tour.

A fun filled & informative look at the original Vegas .Much more interesting than the Strip & without this booked we wouldn’t have ventured there.We liked it so much that we went back the next night.! I would give our guide more than 5 stars if I could .Brilliant!!!

What a great tour! I'm glad that this was the first thing I did once I landed in Las Vegas. Shawn gives you a great overview of Downtown, restaurants, casinos, local art, and other points of interest, all in a short period of time. I learned so much that I'm planning my next trip here based on his recommendations alone. Shawn is a blast as a tour leader, very knowlegeable and knows everyone downtown.

Awesome tour! Sean is an expert tour guide. Showed us all major attractions on Fremont and surrounding area. His knowledge of Vegas casino history is impressive. He was very personable and was able to answer any of our questions. I’ve been to Fremont street numerous times but the tour took me to places I hadn’t seen before. A great experience!

I wish I brought a little note pad to take notes on since Shaun gave so much information and so many recommendations! I would highly recommend this tour. It covers a ton of downtown not just Fremont Street, and Shaun has recommendations for anything you might want to do in Las Vegas. Bathroom stops were frequently offered, and the tour guide covered the cost of a water/pop partway through which was really nice. We saw and learned so much of downtown which we wouldn't have seen or known just walking around on our own. I chose this tour based on the good reviews here, which seemed to have a higher percent of happy customers compared to others even though there weren't that many reviews, and I am very happy we went with Shaun to show us around downtown Las Vegas while we were visiting for a weekend from San Diego-thanks for a great tour!

excellent tour! shaun was so fun and superbly knowledgeable! quirky fun facts and a lot of history! extremely flexible to those who get achy from walking so much, lol…aka, me! while he accommodated our desire to be foodies, adding food tastings to this tour would make a 10-star tour….extremely ‘connected’ to all the yummy places in Downtown Vegas. had a wonderful time with family!

Great tour by Shaun! Very informative and interesting! Shaun was so nice and polite and made our tour fun! It is always important to learn the history of the city you are visiting. I loved learning about the Architecture of the famous hotels and how famous movie scenes were found in the Fremont area.

Great walking tour of Freemont street. You get in depth descriptions of all the hotels and their histories along with tips regarding the restaurants including their specialties and prices. Shawn the guide is great - the amount of knowledge at his fingertips is truly phenomenal ! Beyond that - I was the only one on his tour, yet he carried on with the tour giving me the whole shabang and then some. Thanks Shawn for the awesome tour - you deserve to be leading large groups !
