Great transfer but pickup point hard to locate

There is a severe lack of signage. No one at Ward Cove knew where to direct me to. The rep from the tour company (John) was no where to be found so someone from the information booth walked me down to the dock. When John arrived he was very rude. Everyone else on the boat was lovely.

Nice all woman crew. Very informative, great boating skills. We were able to avoid the lines for free shuttle to town and it was well worth the cost of the ticket. The dock is right near all the shops, close to the fire department and then creek street. Highly recommend.
