Terrible and unprofessional

I was very disappointed I was not picked up because of an indicrepancy between Viator and Carmel car service and when I tried to discuss the matter with a Carmel representative they basically told me they would not be picking me up so,needless to say I had to find other accommodations to get to the airport I would never used they services again.

We were waiting in the lobby and the driver was waiting in the valet parking. My husband looked out a few times, he saw a big black car, but there was any sign on it so he thought it's a private car. 10 minutes after our pick up time we started to be nerves, that time the driver walked in saying he is waiting outside 20 minutes. I think the driver should walk into the lobby asking for people or the taxi should have a sign on it. Otherwise the transfer was good.

Driver was right on time, polite and made me feel very safe. I had the same driver both ways. I really like that the company texts the driver's information and that he is on the way and then when he arrives. Very convenient service. I would use again!
