- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Service animals allowed
- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle
- Most travelers can participate

Super comfortable pleasant ride from the airport to my hotel downtown. The driver met as planned right at the baggage carousel even with my flight being 3 hours late. I was treated like I was a VIP every step of the way.

Booked a limo but they never turned up. Called them and they said they had a problem transferring money as I was international even though my money had gone from my account weeks before. I had to find an alternative service after a 10 hour flight, with no local knowledge.
No idea what actually went wrong but wouldnt recommend to use this service.

excellent service - my flight was delayed by approx 90 minutes and we then had a wait at immigration and security but my driver was there waiting with a very clearly marked sign and had me in the car and at my hotel very efficiently. He was a very pleasant driver courteous and friendly without being over the top. The only downside was he advised that I needed to pay $5 parking charges (presumably because of my delay) and I didn't have the right change, nor did he and nor could I pay by credit card so I felt bad that he had to waive this - a warning that there could be an extra charge (or this could be added to the advance fee) would have been better all round. I would use again and will be booking for my return trip

La Sra Dora Morimoto llego al aeropuerto de Houston a las 15 horas, y la buscaron recien a las 17:46, estuvimos llamando al numero que dieron en la reserva y nunca respondieron luego llamamos a Viator y nos dieron el nombre de la persona que iba a recojerla pero ya habia pasado mas de una hora, luego llego y solicito que la pasajera se mueva del sitio donde estaba sentada hacia el area de equipaje 12 donde estuvo parada por mas de 20 minutos hasta que encontro a Rayard, quien le dijo que ya habia estado esperandola pero no la habia encontrado. algo que es mentira porque el recien salio hacia el aeropuerto cuando el personal de Viator llamo
