Go when its cooler outside, we went September 11 at 8 pm, it was perfect. Wear comfortable shoes. Its more about the people of gettysburg than ghosts, which made it better.
We had a great time. Our guide was very knownable and very friendly. The stories were great and I want to learn more.
Instead of focusing primarily on the battle itself, it focuses more on the town and what they went through so it is a very nice change of pace.
Ted was our guide and was knowledgeable and passionate about Gettysburg history. The experience was good for all ages and we learned a great deal about the area’s history and hauntings. The tour was the perfect complement to the museums and war history of the area. We came away with great memories.
If you don’t want to hear the history this is not the tour for you. They talk about their “investigations”
It’s a walking tour very cute town our guide was new I think with a more experienced guide it would have been a bit more lively.
This was a great tour! He was very well versed in the history but also had a great sense of humor. He was able to keep the tour on track while also keeping it at a pace my husband, who has mild heart issues, felt comfortable with. The only thing that I was confused about was that in the description it says the tour ends at 401 Baltimore St. which was near our hotel. We were surprised when they began heading back to the starting point. Maybe the listing can be updated.

Allie was a bundle of energy and great stories. You’ll learn so much about the history as well as the ghost stories and even her own personal experiences. The 1 1/2 hour all ages tour is a must !

Major Finn was a lot of fun! My parents are huge history buffs and even they learned new stories from our walk through town. Seeing the remnants of gunshots and canon balls on the side of the buildings was fascinating and the stories were so engaging. The tour was a highlight of our trip.
Our guide Allie was amazing. She made it fun for all of us and seemed very knowledgeable about the town and the past. Definitely a do again activity.

Wonderful experience! So much more than a ghost tour with historical facts interspersed! Ally was our guide. She was full of enthusiasm and a lot of fun!! Much information about the civilians of Gettysburg and their experiences during the battle.

A bit of walking but definitely worth it to hear the “spooky” but captivating history behind Gettysburg. Major Finn did awesome explaining the events that occurred in that town and made the trip super fun.
Even through the mist and fog, which we thought practically added to the experience, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Amy was a wonderful and interesting tour guide. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the paranormal made her stories come to life. We would recommend not missing this tour on you trip to Gettysburg. It also seems like this tour company (Ghost Tours) is the one to use for their other tours as well.
Our Tour guide was amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly. It was so cold too and still didn’t skip anything. I would definitely go again just when it’s warmer. My Daugher caught a few orbs on video too!
