Learning about the natural features of Florida was fun and enjoyable. Riding in the airboat over the Everglades was fun! Tanner, our driver, who picked us up at our hotel was a wonderful guide!

We had a great driver/educator. Air boat was fun! We saw alligators and birds. They also had an exhibit area after the boat ride.

The pick up point experience was horrible! This needs to be totally redone! To meet in the middle of a residential neighborhood is ridiculous! The driver should have some type of identification to let us know who he is and what company he is associated with.

I booked a Everglades tour for small group (six), but we were put on a large airboat of about 25 people. Paid way too much for what we got, and no resolution from Viator for any partial refund or credit.

The boat ride was very nicer.Our tour guide Walker was very nice and informative.What my husband and I didn’t like at all Was that your website told us to pick a location for the tour guy to pick us up which wasn’t at our hotel so we picked another place that your company suggested well that was a condo complex where you couldn’t park we had to keep calling so whatever you need to do to change the spots where you say to pick the guests up would be very beneficial.

The pick up was excellent, however I especially booked a tour with a seven person maximum capacity. We ended up sharing the boat with 20 other people. Very disappointing. The animal rescue area was fantastic.

Our guide, Walker, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us lots of information about our trip and what we were seeing. The airboat trip was really good, saw alligators in the water. Lots to see at the sanctuary. Ate a gator taco that was very nice. He dropped us at downtown Fort Lauderdale rather than the hotel which was great. Really enjoyed the experience.

I booked this tour via the phone about 10 days in advance as I wanted to ensure the experience that I wanted. I received the booking confirmation via email which I confirmed. It spell out the date, the pick up location and the times. They did not pick up at our hotel, so had to get a taxi to a secondary hotel, we got there 20 minutes in advance of our confirmed pickup. About 25 minutes AFTER the confirmed pick up time - no one showed. We went into the hotel and the receptionist was so very helpful making calls for us. We called the numbers on the receipt, but kept being told they couldn't assist as we had to contact the service provider. There were only 2 number on the receipt and we called them both. The people on the calls were doing their best to help us. We were finally told they did not pick us up because they called our cell phone (international phone that did not work in the US) and no one answered, BUT we had written CONFIRMATION of our arrangements, why try to call? They wasted 2 hours of my vacation and cost me $50 in cab rides and a HUGE amount of frustration. I asked for a full refund and to date have only received a partial refund. DON'T use this service!!!

My 9 yr old grandson and I both had a wonderful time! (Even though the alligators were hiding!). Our guide was very knowledgeable and very nice. My grandson asked to go to the Everglades, ride an airboat and see alligators. There are gators in the animal rescue area, he did see several gators there learned their histories and was even able to pet one.
Definitely something both of us would do again!

This tour is the perfect way to the Everglades. Pickup directly at the hotel and takes you to the Everglades very fast. The park was nice and the airboat was a very cool experience that I would recommend to anyonne visiting Fort Lauderdale.

Loved this express tour. The company picked me up directly from my hotel in a small Mercedes van. Our driver was great, he dropped us off in the Everglades, checked us in with the airboat and pointed us to some self-guided things available at the park, (reptile zoo, gator show and food truck). Great experience overall.
