It is well worth visiting this attraction. It is very popular so get skip the line tickets. The art is spectacular.

Met the person w the line pass as the place described. But asked one of the workers in line and she knew exactly whom I was looking for. Museum was PACKED and line was long so good thing we bought the fast pass

In fact, one of our representatives was waiting for you outside the museum. This is what our customers value from our ticket service, which allows them to save precious vacation time, spending more time sightseeing and less time waiting in long lines. If on a specific day you visited the museum at that specific time, there was no wait or long line at the museum, this is something no one can predict or foresee (the Accademia is the fourth most visited museum of all of Italy, there were 1.6 million last year and numbers continue to grow), this is why so many of our customers prefer to purchase this service to get advance tickets and avoid taking any risk of finding a long line outside the museum. We can not predict the waiting time to enter the museum; this is something out of our control. Our duty was to provide you with the service that you paid for, line or no line. Very frustrating experience on this one. I think because I had another Viator excursion in the am my app and email links got stuck in some loop that would only show me the details of the morning excursion not the accademia excursion. Once we found someone who could help us we found our meeting place. The excursion meeting instructions could have been a lot clearer. It was nice to be able to walk right into the building at our time but we wasted so much time with the app issues and finding the right meeting spot we could have paid a lot less and just stood in a line. Once inside all was good. An amazing place.

Exactly what it says it is. Tickets for an express line into the museum. No guided tour. We purchased 2:15pm tickets same day. Arrived at 2:10, entered museum about 2:35. Follow the instructions exactly as listed on purchase. Considering how crowded it was (August afternoon, insane) we were shocked how easy it was. Make sure to have proof of age if you buy youth tickets A picture of passport on your phone is fine. Our 15yr old daughter was asked twice for proof she was under 17. This is perfect if you forgot or didnt bother to book Accademia and have 60-90mins to spare.

We went in July… it was extremely hot and regular lines were super long. This was well worth the shorter wait for us. We waited a total of 20 mins with our skip the line pass. We did need to show our daughter’s passport to show her age (16) for admission so just an fyi.

Disorganized. No tickets ever sent to my email or accessible through the app. Turns out the tickets were handed out by someone hardly noticeable in the sea of people gathered in front of the museum. They tell you to be there 15 minutes early. We were. The ticket guy was not. He showed up a couple minutes before the time of the admission. Lots of people appear to book this way. Disorganized and stressful. I’m not sure what service I received beyond just getting a regular ticket from the museum. Next time I’ll try that.

This was an incredibly easy, no-hassle way of entering the Galleria - it was only ~$25 more than the ticket purchased directly costs; and we were in in 10 minutes from when we arrived. DO NOT BUY BOTH THE GALLERIA TICKET AND THIS ONE!! THIS INE GUARANTEES ENTRY! I made the mistake of buying this after buying the direct ticket, but it was my first time and lesson learned!
Seeing the original David is a must when you visit Florence; he is truly awe inspiring and there are many other impressive iconic works in the museum as well. This was our favorite Museum!

You will need to show your entry ticket before and after going through security. Keep it handy! My Dad misplaced his when going through the scanner, and we had to buy him another ticket to get into the museum :/
