Fun for all ages, very interesting and great value. The staff are very welcoming and the exhibits are set up well
I didn’t receive any tickets, I checked any way possible, but I could get the qr codes or anything like that
Interesting exhibition with good explanations of his work. Fun working models. Good for children and adults.
Overall not a bad experience.
Lots of information and nicely laid out, weird you had to scan your ticket to go upstairs to the other part of the exhibition, and then again at the top. If you skinned enough you could easily walk through, very strange.
Some, not all, of the exhibits you should have been able to interact with were broken or had bits missing so not exactly as interactive as it could have been.
Staff were friendly, and the place was clean
I've said I'd recommend, because it's not a bad museum, especially if they fix what is missing or broken, it is worth a visit....never know when you go it may be fixed.
They give you directions so you don't go to the other museum. We did both and both have great highlights.
Worth the money, well placed and the staff were friendly and helpful. My kids would have had a great time playing with the inventions !!
The museum is mostly models and toys for children. If you have limited time in Florence, I would skip the museum. There are far more interesting and informative places to visit.
Interesting , worth a look
Would be difficult if you had children.
It can get noisy when there are lots of kids
Loved it! I liked that you could explore all of Da Vinci’s inventions at your own pace. They even had samples you could try out to see them in motion.
It is a very interesting museum. There were lots of children on the day we visited, so be patient around the interactive models.
Very interesting for kids and any adult interested in invention and engineering. Very family friendly.
The museum had a good amount of reading and interaction to help explain some of the theories behind his ideas.
I like to include at least one hands-on experience during our trips since many of them tend to focus on museums and cathedrals. We’re certainly not children but this was very enjoyable for a retired couple, particularly my husband who is endlessly fascinated by how things work! We learned a lot about Leonardo Da Vinci which was a bonus. Just go. You’ll enjoy it.
Very educational. You could stay all day. Kids would enjoy the challenging games. Should be no minimum
No need to pay extra ahead of time. Payed more than I would have at museum. Great display of Da Vincis inventions but noise level was unbearable due to children having fun. Please market as a children’s museum and it would be great.
Really interesting and fun interactive museum.
Great for adults and kids.
Tickets in advance well worth it.
Nice museum to go especially with kids. They learned a lot and we all enjoyed the interactive inventions.
Allow an hour for this interesting, interactive tour, appropriate for all ages. Remarkable how the same person could paint the delicate Mona Lisa and also design war machines.
When you consider the time, what the man accomplished and the depth of his capabilities , itis mind blowing. From the Mona Lisa to hand-to-hand weapons, Da Vinci was much more than artist.....amazing!!
I've been to this museum once before and it's always a fantastic experience. It has something for everyone; the history, the designs and loads of interactive aspects for the kids. Even the gift shop is decently priced although clearly has some things made in China haha
Well developed demonstration of DaVinci inventions. Covers his contributions in music, art, architecture, anatomy and military defense.
This was a wonderful place for people interested in science. Lots of instruments and working models to play with.
Lots of interactive displays. Interesting models. Building areas for children. A very nice bookstore.
This was such a fun experience to interact with the works of a genius. It was educational as well as interactive. This is a great museum if you are traveling with kids.
most interesting - it takes 1-2 hours depending on the detail you wish to absorb. no time slot required so easy to plan.
Very interesting aspect of Da Vinci, focusing on his inventions, not art. It has many hands on exhibits for kids and adults alike. Well worth the money and a relaxing way to spend an hour or so.
Very interesting. Better place for children than adults in my opinion. DaVinci was certainly more than the Mona Lisa!
I would definitely suggest starting your tour with the Leonardo da Vinci exhibit. And then follow the arrows to see the rest of the museum. It is a large museum and very interesting. Highly recommend.
We learned a lot more about DaVinci as we toured the museum. A lot of wonderful things to see and experience. Saw families and children there who were enjoying some of the hands on display/inventions.
This attraction may be better suited for families with young children. The exhibits consist mainly of replicas and interactive displays inspired by Leonardo’s work. While it might appeal to some, those looking for authentic artifacts or deeper historical insights may find it underwhelming.
Not as much fun as the Leonardo da Vinci Interactive Museum. Manly for educational purpose. Exhibits mostly are ‘no touch.’ There is a kids room in the basement.
