- Exchange your voucher for the ticket at The Florence Specialist office in via Ricasoli 119r (RED Numbers), 50 meters from the Museum. You will be assisted by our staff members.
- NOTE: For the Accademia children aged 0-5 years do not require a ticket. Please bring a copy of your child's passport / ID card.
- Visitors under 18 years old without valid ID will need to purchase an adult ticket
- Tickets are valid for the reseved entry time selected upon booking and priority entrance expires 45 minutes from reserved time.

The gallery was impressive (especially the statue of David) and I would visit again. My only concern was the challenge in locating the ticket office near the Academy to obtain our actual tickets. It wasn’t clear from the booking that this was required rather than proceeding directly to the entry point.
Also make sure you bring your headphones as they are not provided so we had to share within our family.

Arrive 15-20 minutes early for timed entry. Better than leaving it to chance especially in the summer.

I recommend the Accademia for David sculpture alone. I would definitely save precious vacation time by getting timed 'Skip the Line' entry. It is unbelievable that people do not know about this feature and wait in line for hours.

it was wonderful because it was suggested to us that we go in at 5 o'clock less crowded
got lucky cause where we got our tickets. There was an office right next-door and they were able to get us in earlier and it was wonderful.
I'm definitely should have an audio you use your own headsets and you've download QR code. It's much better than trying to do it yourself or even have a tour you can go with your own pace.

Make sure to go to the travel office to get the ticket. You cant use the voucher on your phone to get it. Would be really nice if that step wasn't necessary as it is a huge waste of time.

The instructions were very unclear I had to ask around a lot to get to right spot. Also, skip the line is not an accurate description. It is a timed entry ticket. The museum and the DAVID are incredible but the ticket experience was not as expected.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that you had trouble finding the ticket redemption point. The instructions are found on your Viator Voucher that is emailed upon booking confirmation. It includes clear instructions with address and phone number. We are a local agency with an office meeting point located just 50 yards from the Gallery entrance. It is easy to find following the instuctions on the Viator Voucher, as our other reviews can attest. This is a advance ticket sale for timed entry tickets that allow visitors to skip the long line to purchase tickets. With these tickets, visitors enter at the priority entrance.

Great experience.. lots to see but David is so remarkable it’s worth going just to see him!
Arrive 10 mins before your allocated time. The ticket collection point is easy to find just across the road from The Accademia. Well worth getting skip the queue tickets especially if you are coding during the busy months.

The tour company was easy to find and they explained everything about downloading the ebook. The person was friendly and answered any questions. The line was about a 10 minute wait to get in. The ebook gave brief descriptions about each room. If you want more details about each exhibit I would get a tour guide. The ebook allowed me to go at my pace and could be quick at some things and hang around at others.

Very helpful and accommodating. I was going to miss our scheduled tour due to car rental delays and requested our time be changed to the next day, and they agreed to do so. The only negative is that their office is VERY hard to find. You’re told the office is only 50 meters from the entrance (academia) and it is. However, nowhere on the front door or surrounding space is the word “Viator.”

Hello Leigh. We were happy to be able to accomodate you and manage to change your reservation with such short notice because of your problems with the car rental. If it is possible we do go out of our way to assist our clients to provide a 5-star experience, even when clients have problems that are not of our responsibility (as in your case).
Viator is an online marketplace for tours and activities provided by hundreds of local suppliers in each city, so there is no store front sign with "Viator", since it is not a Viator office. The instuctions to find us are clearly printed on the voucher, next to our contact details. In fact, this is how you found our telephone number when you called us to ask us to change your booking at the last minute. It is unfortunate that you did not read all of the information on the voucher, you would have been able to find us immediatley. We are close to the gallery and easy to find by reading and following the instructions on the voucher, as our other clients' reviews can confirm.

We were able to find the tour office easily and get our tickets. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn't have to wait very long to get into the Academia and we were happy to use the e-book to find out information about each room as we walked through.

I found picking up the tickets extremely efficient . Ticket shop is opposite the museum, collection was quick and it meant we only queued for 5-10 minutes for our allotted slot. I only booked a few days before too.

This was a great way to see the Accademia. If you want an in depth tour, this one isn’t for you, but my husband & I were happy with the audio guide. It gave enough information to understand the different rooms. The best part was being able to skip the long lines!

The “offices” are impossible to find and no refunds are available. Several blocks on side streets and unmarked. Go to official website if museum and save your time, energy and money.

I can assure you that this is NOT a scam. Our office is located just 50 meters from the Gallery entrance. The Gallery staff also know who we are and would have easily indicated our office had you asked them. We provide tickets and tour to clients everday who easily find us. Our office is also on GoogleMaps. The instructions to redeem your tickets are printed on your Viator voucher along with our address and phone number. You wrote to us that you could not find us at 10:30PM. If you would have contacted us when you were looking for us us at the time of your visit you would have been able to pick up your tickets that we had ready for you.

Waiting time outside the Gallery to see David by Michelangelo up 15 minutes by booking a ticket in advance as compared with hours of waiting time in the common line with a minimum price of tickets. In short vacances, every minute is precious and to be used for activities, not waiting in lines.
