We were able to go early and see David easily. It was a little confusing about where to meet the tour rep. Two locations were mentioned on the ticket.

Something something was causing the waves this day, and the lines were poorly organized but we still got in without too long of the delay and certainly was worth it. I asked for an earlier time slot, which they accommodated without any problem

to get the actual tickt it gain entrance we had to take the voucher, aleged ticket to a spot a few blocks away. no where in the paper work were we told to do this. it would have helped if this part was in the directions with an address of where to go.

Pick up location was very confusing to find and when we arrived it was closed, though she came back very quickly. Not really skip the line as you still go get in your timed ticket line with everyone else. This is a great option if you wait too late and can’t get tickets through the museum website.

It’s great to only be in a short line. Where they could improve is to not require you walk a couple of blocks away to exchange your voucher for tickets no more than 15 minutes before your reservation then have to walk back to the Museum.

Ordered tickets on phone, provided with meeting site...wrong site and took at least 45 minutes to get results. We were told of another site but that was not correct. It was 95 degrees (f). Alternate site was on tickets which we could not access on our phone. I made numerous calls afterwards explaining the situation which was not accurately documented each time...note I had thought I paid for a guided tour which I had not but emphasized the ticket issue. After several calls and finally a written explanation, a small refund was given...it should not have been so difficult and frustrating

Picked up tickets at 1515 and was in gallery by 1530. No probs locating ticket pick up at all. There is literally a link on your reservation to open in maps.

Michelangelo's David is a MUST

David is a MUST see! However, it can be really difficult to get in to see him, especially in the summertime. Thanks to Viator, we were able to get in and skip the line. I highly recommend it.

Easy to pick up the tickets on the day of our visit to Accademia!! We had to wait a few minutes to pick up but they were very helpful and it was an easy process!! Highly recommend visiting Accademia. I wasn’t expecting to be wowed like I was! It really is a must see in Florence!!!!

Not really a Skip the Line option

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this tour!!!!! This does not give you access to skip the line!! You have to pick up your paid tickets at different location then go wait in long line for your tour time to gain access to security then access to museum. My suggestion is Get your tickets from Accedemias website it's only 20 euros and gets you the same access as to their "skip the line option" in comparison more than double the price they charge per person. We were also late picking up our tickets because our tour bus was late so we couldn't go. We had to pay a second time in order to gain access.

A great 'skip the line' way to see David. The tour guide took us to the front of the queue, bypassing hundreds of people waiting. Truly, BUY SKIP THE LINE tickets with Viator, you'll thank yourself that you did. Absolutely highly recommended.

The tour provider really helped us when we forgot our ticket time. She called us and reminded us and we made it with her help. The ticket is just that, a ticket to skip the line and get in to see The David without waiting.

Have everyone in party together when picking up tickets

Just an FYI, you are not just picking up your tickets if you have children in your group. Make sure you bring your entire party to the ticket pickup location because they need to walk you over to the entrance and get the children verified (my 17 year old daughter needed to show her ID) to get the child tickets. I appreciated the representative from the viator company walking us over and putting us into the priority line, it was mass chaos at the entrance and very confusing where to go. My wife and daughter ducked into McDonald’s and I went to “pick up” the tickets, but fortunately they were close by and I could run back to have them join the group before we walked over together with the viator rep.

Don’t buy if getting child tickets, very rude and not helpful

Not good if buying child tickets, can’t pick up child ticket at same place as the adult tickets. Tour person had to go to ticket office to get child ticket. I had to call to remind him and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. We lost are place in line, don’t recommend! They should put information about child ticket in the instructions.
