My original purchase plan specified priority entry.
When I arrived at the meeting point, I was given the tickets right away, but we were simply left to queue on our own—completely lacking the priority entry described in the plan.
It took multiple rounds of negotiation before someone finally led us to the group services queue, and we still had to wait quite some time to enter.
I cannot recommend this platform. The service fees are extremely high, and the follow-up support is inadequate. I strongly advise against using this service, and I will be uninstalling the app and never using it again.
Excellent tour and tour guide.
Very informative and if you love history and art this is a great combo for it.

Booked late and booking was for tickets only. The staff at the entry was kind enough to give us access to the audio guide. We would have preferred a guided tour, if there was one available.
Great way to avoid the lines! Met up with the agent at designated area and obtained our tickets and we were able to get in right away.

Definitely worth buying skip the line as the queues were horrendous. Once inside the museum it was busy but not overly crowded. Lots of art to see and of course the original statue of David. The only thing I would comment on was that the information about the collection point said we should look for a blue flag for our guide. No flag and ended up asking someone who looked they worked for another tour company and told us our contact would be back shortly, which he was.

We were glad we booked with Viator. It’s a good idea to arrive earlier than the scheduled time as we managed to get in a lot earlier than our time slot. Seeing ‘ David’ in real life is an amazing experience, he’s quite breathtaking. The amount of skill involved in sculpting him is unbelievable, it’s a privilege to see him in person. Highly recommended

They were very helpful about rescheduling our tour and were easy to find and gave clear instructions. Easiest tour we went on this trip.

Random and unclear pickup instructions (basically trying to find a plain-clothed guy in the middle of the street for the handover of tickets) and pricing much more expensive than the entry price of the museum on the door.
It felt like a bit of a rip-off tbh and all quite unofficial and shady.
We enjoyed the museum and the statue of David is magnificent.
We did not realise the audio tour was on our phone. We had spent all day touring do by the time we got here our phones had very little power left.
The museum is very cool and the price was OK. 2 things you need to know: Bring your own ear buds. Ypu are also required to download an app which could cause issues.. audio not required youcan read the plaques in the museum
Museum was great, but the booking agent texted us day before. Stated it was “super busy” and that we had to move our reservation 4 hours later. With no appreciation for our time or schedule. Viator refused to refund, even partially. Great museum to visit, just do not book through Viator.

We were a little late and the guide waited for us and made sure we got in
Make sure to show up early. The line can get really long. When we arrived they moved our ticket up 15 minutes earlier which was nice.
The spot you go go is very nearby. Just read the instructions on your ticket. It was crowded but no long line, and we were even able to get in early bc we arrived early.
Tour was overall okay as it’s a self conducted tour, we were party of four and were provided tickets with two time slots which caused a lot of confusion around which line to stand as there is a always a big queue at the gates split against time printed on tickets. Operator could give us all in the booked time slot instead of splitting. Regarding the museum station of David is great but rest of the items are not that great as compared to David.
The only reason to purchase these tickets is to be able to skip the lline, which is why we bought them. However, the address was wrong for the meeting point and the map was wrong. It was confusing and annoying, especially with limited cell phone and Wi-Fi in the area. Even the workers at the Academia said it was confusing and misleading. Finally, in the notes section we were able to identify another address where we were advised to look for a blue flag. When we arrived at the address, no one was holding a blue flag. It all seems trivial, but it wasted 30 minutes of our time and since this is the only service they provided, it is all I have to rate them on. Other than that, they acknowledged the error on the listing and will hopefully correct it.
We were able to go early and see David easily. It was a little confusing about where to meet the tour rep. Two locations were mentioned on the ticket.
Easy to access the tickets - we were early and they accommodated our timing. Definitely enjoyed it!!
Loved the ease of booking a ticket for entrance. The company is located very near the Accademia and they were a life saver for a tour we booked that got canceled. My highlight (of course) was David.

Something something was causing the waves this day, and the lines were poorly organized but we still got in without too long of the delay and certainly was worth it. I asked for an earlier time slot, which they accommodated without any problem
Helped a little but still a long line and a bit of a wait with these tickets. People in the ticket office to pick them up were nice though.
Viator is a rip off. We’re paid 60 euros to the money grabbing people when the cost on the door was 16 euros each
We still had to wait a bit, but overall, it was a speedy entrance! We needed to be at the pickup spot 15 mins early and then waited 20 mins past our entry time to get in.
Museum was awesome. Ticket said guided tour and skip the line, actually was self guided with no skipping the line but we preferred self tour
to get the actual tickt it gain entrance we had to take the voucher, aleged ticket to a spot a few blocks away. no where in the paper work were we told to do this. it would have helped if this part was in the directions with an address of where to go.
Pick up location was very confusing to find and when we arrived it was closed, though she came back very quickly. Not really skip the line as you still go get in your timed ticket line with everyone else. This is a great option if you wait too late and can’t get tickets through the museum website.
This is a good way to skip the long line to get in. We arrived 15 minutes before our entry time and were let in on time. Great museum that is not to big that so you can really see everything in it.
It’s great to only be in a short line. Where they could improve is to not require you walk a couple of blocks away to exchange your voucher for tickets no more than 15 minutes before your reservation then have to walk back to the Museum.
There is no where that told us who to look for. This whole experience with viator has been a nightmare. However,the tourguide was wonderful and most accomodating.
