I was glad to purchase the priority access. I met up with the agent right away and he showed me where to access the line. Inside was mind blowing. So many beautiful pieces of art. And the best of was the statue of David. The true pinnacle of my visit to Florence. I’m booked for Uffizi but was disappointed that I can’t get The Vasari corridor.

This ticket saved us a significant amount of time getting in to see the statue of David and the Accademia during a time-crunched visit to Florence. The agent with the tickets was easy to find outside the museum and we quickly moved to the front of the line. Well worth the money.

Convenient, efficient, well organised. The entrance to the attraction was packed but the organised plan made for a very quick and efficient entry.

We waited for a tour guy who showed up, gave us a pass to enter— we still waited in line—and an audio tour to download. That’s not exactly a guided tour.

My family and I were unable to secure tickets directly with the museum. Luckily, we found the tickets through Viator and were able to locate the guide for our tickets after a few minutes. Read carefully as you will merely need to locate the person by the number that they tell you to. For us, it was to meet at 45. After waiting for a few minutes, we were able to locate our guide and got our tickets quickly. When it was time, we were going to be sent through the line. My family and I got in through priority as we also had a handicap member with us so we did it differently. Either way, it was great to get the tickets and get through quickly as the lines were getting pretty long to enter.

Wonderful to see the David Statue and the other magnificent artifacts in this museum. My only complaint was trying to find the representative in order to exchange our voucher for tickets. He was not very visible or easy to track down. Once we did find him, he was amazing! Got us our tickets and got us in early!

The museum was amazing but there was no priority entrance. We had lined up not realizing we had to pick up the tickets. When we were told, the guy we picked the tickets from tried to lead us to the back of the line. Then seeing how much more expensive our tickets were compared to the door, it put a big damper on the whole thing.

The upcharge was at 100%. Ridiculous. Still waited in line 45 minutes. Enjoyed the art work and the viewing of David. Very disappointed with the purchase. Original ticket cost was 20 Euros each, we paid $81 for 2.

This was originally cancelled due to strike prior to our arrival..a representative was kind enough to help us reschedule. We did not have long in the gallery as it closed 1.5 hours after we arrived. Be aware of strikes that can impact your ticket

A MUST SEE experience!!!!

Definitely a must see stop in Florence! We were running a bit late but they made it work for us and got us right in. Fast track is ALWAYS the way to go!!! We waited maybe 3 minutes at max! We didn’t opt for any tour guide as one wasn’t necessarily needed if you took it upon yourself to do some reading and homework. The David is impressive all in itself and is definitely something you shouldn’t miss in this lifetime! Amazing experience! A must see!!!

Very quick and efficient entry into museum! Signed up at about noon for a 12:30 skip the line entry, went to the meeting point by 12:10, we were given tickets for entry and put immediately into line to enter…no wait at all! We walked right in with hundreds of people in line behind us…awesome!

The meeting point was found ok. The Guide had a good sign and helped us easily negotiate the huge crowds and lines. The amount of people was staggering. The statue of David was relatively easy to see. Overall this activity seems very over priced. It’s definitely great for sculpture lover sitter

It was a smooth experience. Yes, it is strange to meet someone in the middle of the street, but he was kind and have a Viator badge. The tickets were exactly what we had ordered. Thanks for the staff, as we had a pouring rain by the time of ticket collection, as he was right in the meeting point !

This is so tickets only to skip the line. While no map of the museum given, there are signs to help you find the David Statue. Take time to see the unfinished sculptures to really appreciate the completed David.

We have done a guided tour in the past, which is what I highly recommend! However, due to time constraints we opted out of a guided tour. Our only regret! Skipping the line benefit is always worth it, but be sure to pay for a guide!

Entry time changed

I booked an 8:15AM entry time - the earliest - when buying the entry ticket. The morning of our visit, the rep told me that my original time was not available, only 8:30AM. Yes, it's only 15 minutes difference, yet we did not get the ticket time we selected, paid for, and had confirmed by Viator. We should have been notified in advance, and given the option to opt out. We have another such "first entry" booked for the Pantheon in Rome on May 5. We hope our entry time is honored. Thank you, John Wiggins

We expected the museum to be bigger; it was much smaller than anticipated. My group paid double the regular museum entrance price to skip the line. That seems to be the standard for most events/attractions. There was a bit of a wait; we were told it was due to the rain and museum. Michelangelo's David was impressive to be sure. The museum was average. VIATOR could provide more clear instructions or make sure the tour guide has a visible flag at the meeting point.
