This ticket does not get you in without waiting in line like everyone else. But the tour guide was good and informational. Line takes a long time to move through.

All visitors must wait in the mandatory security line, and waiting times are controlled by the Cathedral and vary according to the number of visitors. We are pleased that you found the tour informative.
The tour was interesting and informative, and Julio was very nice and funny. Just be aware that you have to have your knees covered, so wear long pants/bottoms.
The guide was amusing but not sure he justifies the price. All you do is get in the same line that you could’ve got in for free. Some of the guide was informative.

The price covers the guided experience and the service provided by our team, rather than the Cathedral entrance itself.
This was not a good experience. We stood outside for an hour in the heat listening to the tour guide talk about the building while standing in a very long line. I will admit that I took my ear plugs out and found a place to sit until we finally started moving. I think the tour was over booked and they have you arrive to early. This cause the guide to have go on and on about history to kill time until they can get you inside the actual building. The building however is very beautiful but I almost feel this would have been better to go see without guide. Most people in our group turned in their ears plugs and speakers very early in the tour once we got inside and continued on their own.

We would like to clarify that this experience is not advertised as skip-the-line access. Entry to Florence Cathedral is subject to the mandatory public queue and security procedures, and waiting times can unfortunately be longer during busy periods. These queues are managed by the Cathedral and are outside our control.
While waiting for entry, our guide provides historical and cultural information about the Cathedral and its exterior so that the tour experience can begin rather than leaving guests waiting without guidance.
We appreciate your comments regarding the waiting time and the use of the audio equipment, and we will take them into consideration as we continue improving the experience.

We found the meeting location with no worries. Our guide was very knowledgeable and communicative with the party
I was at duomo, meetingpoint 15 minutes before waiting and waiting. and never come the viator people to meet me, so I want my money back.

We checked our records and this booking was not made with our company. We also had two staff members at our clearly designated meeting point in Piazza del Duomo, directly in front of the Lindt Chocolate Shop
The guide was amazing full of information really knew his stuff. Very straight forward once you know where the meeting point was.
We had a fantastic golf cart tour of Firenze! It was the perfect way to see all the major sites and enjoy some of the most beautiful views of the city. Our tour guide was extremely friendly, knowledgeable of the city. We were able to see so much in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this tour and especially in the summer when it is so hot!
You only get a audio for your Phone for all the informations. We thought we get a ticket for the Dome, but you only can go to the Kathedral with that, which is for free… and we also had to wait in line for a long time. So save your money and don‘t buy this useless ticket. There was also no good Information where we could get the right ticket for the Voucher. We have to ask a lot of people to find the Right Person.

We would like to clarify that the experience is advertised as hosted entry to Florence Cathedral with a digital audio guide, and it does not include access to Brunelleschi’s Dome.
Entrance to the Cathedral itself is free; the price paid covers the services included in the booking, such as assistance from our host and access to the digital audio guide. The experience is also not advertised as skip-the-line, so waiting in the Cathedral’s public entrance line may be necessary, especially during busy periods.
We are sorry that you experienced difficulty locating our representative. Our meeting-point information is provided on the booking voucher, and our team is present to assist guests with the experience and audio guide.

This is NOT a timed entrance! You get in line with everyone else.

We would like to clarify that this product is not a Skip-the-Line experience. It is a hosted/timed meeting service, where you meet our representative at the selected time before entering the Cathedral.
All visitors, including those with Skip-the-Line access where applicable, are required to pass through the mandatory security screening before entering. Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass these security checks.
We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure the product description is as clear as possible to avoid any misunderstanding.
Booked this at 9.40 as wanted to do other visits later in the morning….. arrived to be told the Duomo doesn’t open til 10.15 ….. hopeless to start then to allow us to visit other places. WARNING should be on the website to say you don’t go inside til after 10.15 ….. tried to get a refund and was told not possible

Experience was a wonderful audio tour with a guide for the Duomo Cathedral in the middle of Florence. We went to the meeting point and met our God and we’re given a great necklace lanyard that had the audio earphones ready to go. As soon as she began talking to our group, we followed her and listen to every word through our device. She was a great guide & very informative from beginning to end it was fantastic. Highly recommend.
You may skip the line for regular tickets but you'll wait in the sun for 50 minutes before entering the cathedral. The tour assistant kept adding people who hadn't booked ahead to the front of our line until we entered. Guide was informative but hard to understand at times. It may have been due to the interruptions over and over to add people. Made him lose his place. Honestly, just buy a pamphlet and ticket online.

Great way to get entry at opening. Opens at 10:15am - schedule your tour for 10:00and you’ll be inside in no time. Very knowledable tour guide - Manuela.
It was a guided tour of the Duomo in Firenze and the tour guide was excellent. Great value for money
This was a great tour, family of 4 with teens, it was very informative, perfect length and great tour guide.
Guide was excellent; earpieces needed rubber to not slip out and the reception distance was so small that you had to really work to stay near the guide; packed a lot of learning into just an hour which was good in the heat of summer.
Tour guide was energetic and did a good job explaining the tour.
This tour was 2/3 outside the cathedral with guide explaining history of the facility, and 1/3 inside the cathedral.
The woman guide gave in depth information about medieval Florence & other near by city states, about the building of the Doumo m. She was very I formative through out. A Florence native she said she was baptized at the Baptisery. Excellent experience
You can purchase a ticket to go to the top of the dome. I would recommend doing that as long as you can go up 400 plus steps the view is amazing. Take your time and make sure to get a guided tour.
It was a hot day for queuing but it was in the shade so no problem, the guide , as like the last day out we had with you was excellent, very informative and funny , would recommend!!
It was mildly interesting. The tour guide spoke good English, but stylistically, repeated himself a lot to seemingly fill dead space. While there was a decent amount of history about the Medici and the history of the church, there wasn’t much about the art inside the church.

The museum was free the day we were there. It was packed. Would have taken over an hour to enter. Passed it up and lost the cost of 3 tickets.

Unfortunately, admission tickets and related services remain non-refundable once booked, even if guests decide not to enter. We expected to be on a tour at 9;20, we stood in line for over a hour before the Domo opened. Should set a better expectation

Do NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR!
Our tour was to meet at 10:00 am … we were at the correct place at 9:45 am.
By 10: 00 there more than 10 people waiting.
No one came and when contacting the office they said we were late. We were NOT late and have the photos to prove it.
We deserve a refund. We are angry when they try to make it our fault when it was entirely there’s.
Shame on you VIATOR. You scammed us and ruined our final day in Florence.

Unfortunately, these security lines are managed directly by the monument authorities and are outside our control.

This was very well organized and for Florence a good use of time management. Our guide was very well informed and seemed to truly enjoy her job and made it a fun experience for us. Even for people like us who are sick of churches in Italy, this one is worth a visit.
Well worth the money. Emanuella was friendly and very knowledgable. Highly recommend. The line looks very long but it is not.
This does not shorten the queue. However if you are lucky enough to get Patricia as your guide, she is very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about Florence the Medicis and the duomo. From start to finish, she was able to answer every question she was asked and did so with great humor. She is a very funny lady, and I would be happy to do the tour again just to have fun with her. She seems to know everything about history and architecture, and seems to be able to operate in multiple languages. In all, I was so happy to do this tour and so happy with Patricia.
