Definitely worth it if you did not book tickets ahead of time. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us time to take photos. They are flexible (ish) about timings if you are running a little late/early. They give you headphones so you can hear the guide. The David is spectacular.

The museum was great, but the price we paid was almost triple what we would have paid if we had bought tickets in person. In person tickets were only 25-30 euros. We definitely overpaid. We opted for the skip-the-line option, but that didn’t eliminate the need to stand in line and wait for our time slot.

You pay quite a lot for very little. You don’t skip lines, you get on a line with others who paid €60. The guide was knowledgeable but seeing David requires nothing more than your eyes. Get a ticket and go on your own.

The service you purchased was an entrance ticket product, not a guided tour. However, because we had availability in one of our guided groups on the day of your visit, we invited you to join the tour at no additional cost as a gesture of goodwill. This was an added benefit that was not included in your original booking.
Regarding the pricing, this is 2026, and operating costs across the tourism industry have increased substantially. Reservation fees, staffing, customer support, museum-related costs, guide fees, audio equipment, and general operating expenses have all risen significantly.
Furthermore, no operator can bypass mandatory museum security checks. The service provides reserved priority access and guaranteed entry during periods when official tickets are often sold out, not the elimination of security procedures required by the museum.
While some visitors may prefer to explore independently, many guests specifically choose guided experiences to gain historical context, artistic insights, and a deeper understanding of Michelangelo's David and the museum's collection. We are pleased that you acknowledged the guide was knowledgeable.

Our guide was fantastic. He was exactly at the meeting point, and got us right into the museum. Even though it was packed, he knew where to lead us, which side of each exhibit, and he spoke the entire time into his microphone. His voice was very calming even with the noise of the other visitors. We spent about 20 minutes at David, carefully walking to every angle. His words were so informative and detailed, and again very calming. This guide was GREAT!

I paid 34 euros to beat the queue and visit Arcadia - then my order was cancelled and I had to paid 49 euros for the same thing with the same provider! we were only visiting Florence one day so I had little choice if I wanted to go - 4 of us went - it was really crowded and noisy and there is really not that much to see - you can also see a statue of David near the duomo so I can’t see why you would pay this money to see the original - it looks no different and there is little else of interest to see there - I would suggest the Uffizi gallery is a much better option

This “excursion” is a complete and utter scam. They purchased all these tickets in advance and upsell them to tourist who don’t have tickets purchased by the time their trip comes because they all sell out from these scammers who buy them all in advance and sell them on site sites like Viator. There is no such thing as skip the line. You come at your allotted time slot and enter the museum, like any other person. These people are standing outside selling paper tickets that they pre-purchased for less than half this price. Go on the museum website for when you’re coming to visit and pre-purchased your tickets in advance for cheaper.

The tour operator did not show up. When we got to the meeting place there were three other tour guides there. They all three said that the tour guide that I was booked with does not work on Sundays. I contacted Viator and they tried to contact them and they did not respond back to them. Thank goodness one of the other tour operators let us join their group. Viator did give me a refund, but it made the experience very stressful trying to get a new tour guide.

I never got the tickets. I but from Viator before and no issues, they sent the tickets via text but jot with this one. It was overpriced (usually 10 euros and I paid a $100!!! For 2 tickets) and didn’t get them.

Worked great. We didn’t make reservations in time and so this got us access. You pay about 2.5x the price if you buy in advance, but everything went smoothly and they got us in at our appointed time efficiently.

Your Code did not get us into the gallery and we found out from staff they’re under the small information icon at the bottom of the Code contain detail details as to where to meet and collect your ticket. We only need discovered this having gone to staff and it really was not obvious from the instructions on email. We could’ve queued for a long time to discover this and were lucky. Otherwise, we would’ve missed our slot as well so will not be using this app to book tickets again.

You can buy tickets directly from the museum at a fraction of the cost. I wasn’t able to buy tickets because theses scalpers bought them all up and offered nothing more then I would have received from the museum.

The skip the line is not worth it. The other lines are not long. You can wait in line and it moves in decent speed without the skip-the-line ticket.

We paid over $400 for our tickets, well worth it, small group of 10. Our guide Eugene was outstanding. He extremely knowledgeable and paused appropriately for us to ask questions and take photos. Out tickets took us to special lines where there was no wait for museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s.

The museum had a wonderful collection and ti see The David in person was breathtaking. Be prepared to wait in line until your timed group can enter. Well- organized. Pricey given we did not do the audio or tour group.

The tickets to skip the line were perfect. No waiting at all. There were a lot of queues of people waiting and we just walked right in. The ticket redemption address that I copied from the Viatior app brought us to the wrong door though. Luckily I messaged the tour operator through the app and he sent me the right address quickly Abe we got there in time.

We were very limited on time and needed the experience to be as quick as possible. There was a rail strike which changed all of our plans. I emailed several times in an attempt to change the date and time of our excursion. NO response! I paid over $100 for 2 tickets so we could use the no wait line. We still waited over 20 minutes to enter. Once inside, David is breathe taking!
