Florence Elite Tours gave us good customer service with this service to provide timed entry to the museum. Typically just a “meet and hand over the tickets “ type service, our host gave us above and beyond service and helped us find a place to leave a small bag that was not allowed in the museum.

It was easy to find Denisa and retrieve our tickets. Having skip-the-line access is so worth it! Especially when you have little time to explore the city. We highly recommend this experience! Denisa was very helpful and pleasant as well.

We showed up at the Accademia and found our guide right away. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an easy experience in a very chaotic environment.

Great Skip the Line Ticket Option

If you are traveling in the off season, there is no need to book a ticket through a tour operator for “skip the line”. Just purchase a normal Accademia ticket.

The tickets are not skip the line, the person distributing the tickets is effectively unrecognisable - you would need to ask random people to understand who actually holds the tickets

Hello. I was waiting for youu to the meeting on time. Also I made a phone call, several times and no one answered. Anyway I served the tickets tou you on time and I accompanied your family until the entrance through the red point. I apologize that you had to wait only 10 minutes for the security check, the museum was running late. The general line was 3 hours though, and you skipped that ☺️

Skipping the line is the best thing we paid for this trip. The queue outside the museum is disgustingly long and if it were a hot day or you hate being stranding in the baking sun pay the extra money. We met the ticket agent, she ushered us past the line and through security swiftly and left us to explore on our own (we primarily wanted to see David and checked that off our list swiftly). Saved us precious time!

I arrived at the meeting point on time. When entering, I couldn’t go through the metal detector due to a pace maker. The guide and group did not wait for me, and I never saw them again. I walked around on my own. Very disappointed in this NON tour.

Fabulous experience !!! Our guide Eli met us in time and made sure we were in the queue for our timed entrance. The other queue was down the road and around the corner !!!! Highly recommend this for a fast efficient entry into an incredible museum

Easy! The young business owner called me ahead of time and met me personally to give me a ticket! Would use again! I waited for over an hour in the morning for entry but had to leave bc I had signed up for a painting class. I found this so was able to return in the afternoon to Gallerie Academia with a much shorter wait! (Still about 25 min - for timed entry)
