Everyone on the boat (captain Spencer and Izzy) were the best! Brought a smile to everyone’s faces, sung and danced, made conversation, and went above and beyond. We all had a grand time and would totally go again.

Spence and Izzy were fun, upbeat and made sure we saw the dolphins!! They even lifted my mom on the boat wheelchair and all!

This was so much fun! Our tour guide/captain Spencer had the best energy! And Delta was super sweet taking pictures for everyone. We saw so many dolphins and jellyfish!

Captain Spencer and girl helping him were GREAT. VERY Nice and helpful and funny. It was relaxing on the boat. Only saw dolphin fins in the water and one that jumped. The sunset part was beautiful.

It was a great experience. The captain and co captain were great. We got to see dolphins and then my kids got to drive the boat. The sunset over the water was great to watch.

Could not find the dock. Was on the phone with them. They know we were on our way. Took us 45 minutes to find them as the app had us go the wrong way on the boardwalk. We finally found them, still on the phone with them, and the girl points & says...sorry, you're boat just left. No refund or anything.

However, as noted clearly in the confirmation email and booking instructions, we ask all guests to arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, as our boats depart promptly at the scheduled time. This policy ensures that all guests who arrive on time are able to enjoy the full experience they’ve booked.
While we understand GPS directions can sometimes be inaccurate, our confirmation email includes detailed written directions specifically to avoid these types of issues. Our team remained in contact during your arrival and did their best to assist, and we also offered to move your reservation to another available day, which was unfortunately declined.
As stated in our policy, we are unable to issue refunds for missed departures or no-shows, but we do our best to be flexible when possible, including offering rescheduling options. We hope you’ll consider giving us another try in the future so we can provide the great experience we’re known for.

This was such a great way to see Destin! The sunset was beautiful, we saw dolphins, the music was hopping, the boat was clean and spacious! Also, we couldn’t have asked for nicer people. From checking in, to chatting on the boat dock with staff and then the boat staff-they were all so friendly and nice people.

Unfortunately, we were not able to see dolphins and see crab island because the surf was choppy. That's not the companies fault. It was a great experience and I'll come back again.

We went on the dolphin cruise from 6:45 pm- 8 pm so we were able to watch the sunset! We saw 2 dolphins during our cruise. Our captains, Cole and Jessie, made the experience so fun too. It was a great experience that we would love to do again!!
