We had an amazing time! Captain Richard/Kenny was very informative and approachable. He explained many different things about the area including paces to eat! We brought drinks that we were able to keep cold in Captain Richard's cooler. The slide was fun! I spent most of my time floating on a very stable matt. There were other floaties available as well. It was peaceful despite the crowd. Captain Richard called food boats for us. They came to directly to our boat to get our order and then went back to cook it and returned it to us. It was $45 plus tip for a cheeseburger, hamburger and fries. We ate under the tiki. We also bought two coconuts for $30. I would go again with Captain Richard!

This was such a perfect activity! Bailey, our captain, was amazing, knowledgeable, and made our trip so fun!We even spotted lots of dolphins on our way out to crab island and back in to the dock. 10/10 experience if you are looking to enjoy a couple of hours on the water!

Jordan was an amazing captain. Ask for her if you can. If you do not book a private charter, do not expect for you and your group to be on the same boat. That was a surprise, and the girl checking us in was kind of ridiculous. Jordan made up for it though. Bring your own alcohol because you can no longer buy it on crab island. There is plenty of food and drinks out there but no alcohol. BYOB! The slide is super fun. The bathroom is not much of a bathroom. Nice floatie to lay on. You can connect to the boats Bluetooth speaker. You can bring your own floaties. We got to see some dolphins because we went early. I personally recommend earlier the better.

First they split up our family of 5. Apparently it's in the fine print. Then my husband and I waited for 15 minutes after the tour was supposed to begin, to only find out the captain of our boat left us. He then had to turn around and come back to pick us up which made another family of 4 have to be late to the island. Once we finally arrived it was fine, but our captain was drinking beer and doing shots. Not the professional viator experience we've had in the past. They told us if we had booked directly through them, we would be refunded our money. But they aren't able to do that when booked through a third party.

Brandi was our captain and couldn’t have been more fun and friendly. The tiki boat is ride to crab island is a quick fun trip and you can drink on the way and once docked you can float, swim, slide or what ever you’d like to do. Brandi will even call over a boat vendor if you want to order something. An overall great experience and we plan on going back to her in particular with other family and friends. Until next time!!

The checkin process was a little confusing, because a sign said check in was downstairs on the dock, but it was actually in the building upstairs. Aside from that, this was an amazing experience for my wife and I. Jeff was our Captain and even though Amanda was on another boat, she contributed to our experience with the banter and playfulness along side Jeff. We saw dolphins, and ordered chick fil a from the boat. It was awesome! Definitely will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our trip on the tiki boat to crap island. We had Captain Richard and he was the absolute best! He explained all the cool spots along the way. He was so much fun and accommodating! He even busted out the karaoke machine at Crap Island! So glad he was our Captain. I highly recommend doing this trip! We had a blast ❤️! We had 4 people in our family and 2 other people were on our boat. It was perfect and not over crowed like the other boats! Our boat also had a slide and floats. Thank you again Captain Richard for the amazing trip!

You can bring your own snacks and drinks or travel light and buy from any of the vendors out on the water! From Chick-fil-A to burgers or ice cream the food options are limitless!!

They have ice, cooler and floaties to use. It’s a public booking so you may get split up from your family for transit to the island and back to pier.

The trip was super fun, we loved seeing the dolphins. The Captain was very gentle and friendly. It has slides, floats and other little things to have a good time during the trip

Lyric our captain was exceptional. Took us to the right spots to see the beautiful dolphins and also got to see large red fish. The tiki boat was a blast, Lyric the dj played music at our request and the slide on the boat was amazing. Overall great experience, would highly recommend to all. Thank you Lyric!!!

We booked a 3-hour tiki boat cruise for my birthday, and it was hands-down the highlight of my year.
From the moment we stepped on board, Captain Nathan made sure we had the absolute best time. He is incredibly fun, high-energy, and attentive. He anticipated everything we needed, kept the vibes immaculate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my birthday felt special.
The cruise itself was breathtaking. We were treated to crystal-clear, pristine waters and were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming right near the boat! It was such a magical, memorable experience that we haven't stopped talking about since we got back.
Beautiful views, a fantastic boat, and a legendary captain—you couldn't ask for a better day on the water. We will absolutely be back for another cruise with Captain Nathan. 10/10 highly recommend!

Jack was awesome and super chill. He was very informative and even stopped for dolphins in water. He let us play our own tunes and was helpful when my daughter got stung by a jellyfish. Very friendly definently recommend
