My family of 4 had an amazing experience with the boat charter and captain Tate. However, Viator did not clearly state that the captain is NOT included in the booking price. Be prepared to pay $150 for your captain once you are at the boat company. It is a separate fee.

We had a great day! They had food vendors and ice cream, fresh fruit and even T-shirt vendors they came to you in the waters .. it was all delicious and lots of fun! Thank you Sebastian for an awesome experience! I will definitely recommend.

I would recommend renting your own boat and driving it to crab Island on your own. I believe I saw pontoon rentals for $350 for four hours.Paying $550 for the boat rental, and then an additional $150 to the captain, and then being expected to tip, is a little excessive. We had to reschedule our Wednesday morning trip because of bad rain. They talked me into rebooking for that same afternoon, saying the weather was gonna clear up, which it did not. We had light rain for the majority of our time on the water, with the last 30 to 45 minutes, having spotty sunshine. They deemed it a beautiful day, which we did not because of the lack of sunshine. When I spoke with Nic, and told him I would prefer to reschedule on a different day that week, where it would be sunny, he threatened me, saying that because the severe weather had moved out, I was unable to cancel and reschedule, even though it was still lightly raining. Very poor customer service. Thursday, Friday and Saturday we’re all beautifully sunny days. I understand they want to keep the bookings to make their money, but he should’ve allowed us to reschedule for a different day. I don’t recommend them and wouldn’t use them in the future.

This customer chose to re-schedule his trip to the afternoon because of weather. At his request, we reserved a captain and boat for the afternoon. The customer tried to call and cancel 30-minutes before the trip because it was not sunny enough. We explained the weather is fine to go and the sun is not a reason to be refunded and they can either go on the trip or lose their reservation.
You get what you pay for! We are a charter boat that has a captain, Lilly pad, paddle boards, speakers, etc. If you want to rent an a cheaper pontoon with no amenities and risk the liability of driving it yourself then you should have done that.

Our captain was amazing telling us about local restaurants places to fish places to enjoy. He took his time with us and was really interactive. Everyone in my family enjoyed his company. We could not have asked for a better day and enjoyed everything we did.

We had amazing time! We saw dolphins, paddle boarded, hung out on the Lilly pad at crab island and took a cruise around the harbor. Captain Tate was knowledgeable about the area and very easy going! Would definitely go again!

The ride out to crab island was awesome it was fun and our captain Jayden was very nice and respectful, he engaged in conversation, helped with coolers and assisted with helping us with getting on and off the boat, he has great customer service would recommend him to everyone. The boat was also nice a spacious and having the amenities included was a plus. Thanks for the great experience for me and my family we can’t wait to do it again. 😁

Our family went on this excursion and had an absolute blast! Diego was our guide. He was friendly, personable and went above and beyond for us allowing us extra time to look for marine life which we did find. We got to see a few dolphins thanks to the dolphin whisperer. we would highly recommend booking this excursion.

Easton, our Captain, was great and made it trip quite enjoyable even though it was a windy day. We played on the lily pad and the paddleboards. We even saw a couple of dolphins. We had nine people and the boat was spacious enough to accommodate us all comfortably. I would highly recommend this trip.

Started with a used “contract” with other named crossed out which should have been the 1st sign. Speaker broken so no music. “Snorkel” equipment was a few goggles. “Captain” literally drove us to crab island and then hung out with his buddies. Finally, on our return the boat ran out of gas in the middle of the channel and my children were crying. At that point the captain did not know what was wrong because the gas gauge was also broken. Owners were anything but apologetic!! This “company” has NO business having a business.

This review is untrue and was left by a scammer. Immediately after this trip, the Captain told me this group was disrespecting him and the vessel and broke the speaker which they did not reimburse us for. There was no used contract. The fuel gauge is not broken and we had plenty of masks and snorkels on the boat. After they stayed the full 4 hr duration of the trip, they demanded I refund them when they returned. This is a classic case of a customer trying to get a free boat ride.

Sebastian was a wonderful captain. He spotted dolphins on the trip to Crab Island, made a detour to make sure that we spent time and saw them. That was amazing. The family played in the waist deep water and listened to music at Crab Island. We brought our own drink and snacks. We got ice cream from the only vendor out there on a September Monday morning. This excursion was a bit pricey but we enjoyed the time and experience with our family. That was worth it. There were 9 of us.
