Good ride after horrible flight

My flight was delayed 6 hours. I was assured that the driver would be at the airport upon my arrival. Chris the driver kept in contact with with me. Direct me to pick point. The car was like new and Chris was very professional.

The great experience started from the time I made the reservation. The staff called me to keep me up to date. Our driver Farhat was great and the service was excellent. Received a text to see how we were enjoying Chicago that same evening from the company. Picked us up on time. SUV was very clean especially in the time of covid. Would recommend to all that read this review. Thanks again!
