Great trails. Bikes were great. Easy to use. I’d recommend for everyone.
Don’t feel bad using the electric bike feature.
This was a very fun experience. The four hours just flew by. It was also nice that they had an employee out on the trails as two of us needed a battery swap. Bigger guys run the battery down faster. What’s nice is that you go at your own pace. If you want to stop then you just stop for as long as you want.
Excellent way to see Acadia park! We had a blast with the e-bikes…you can put as much or little effort into the ride as you want, and cover a lot of ground quickly if needed. Love the extra handling with the bigger tires. Highly recommend this experience.
Great bikes with fat tires. Other rentals did not have the big tires and bikers commented on our bikes. We appreciated the maps and directions to the carriage paths. We rode about 22 miles in 2.5 hours. Beautiful park!
Great fun riding the carriage trails on e-bikes! First time riding these types of bikes. Allowed us to make great time and see much more of trails because of the pedal assist. Bikes were newer and they provided helmets, small back packs, water and padded seats on request. Very organized operation.
My family felt very safe on the fat tired bikes! The carriage roads are beautiful! We shared the road with the horse drawn carriages. We were required to stop along the side of the road to let them pass. This gave us time for a breather. The bikes were a fun experience. The helmets were very comfortable too!
We were able to reserve bikes in advance, and at the last minute during our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bikes were easy to use, and it was a lot of fun!
Great experience with the bike and company but Viator charged $35 more than what the store charges. Rip off don’t use Viator but just call the store for their price

The fat tire bike was amazing. I loved the regular seven gear shifter on right as well as the ease of selecting amount of boost to add. I biked hard for 30miles in a little over four hours. I still had 4 out of 10 bars of battery left. Could have boosted more!
We had a great time using these bikes to tour Acadia via the carriage roads! No problems at all finding our way and the staff was great! Definitely recommend!

We were shown how to use the bikes and then they gave us directions to the park to explore. We did not have to worry about getting up the hills! Coasting down the hills was fun. We had plenty of power left when we came back so we never worried about running out.
We have never ridden ebikes. We had a fun time seeing the sights without getting overly tired. What a great experience. It was one of our favorite memories from our trip.
Awesome ebike adventure. The employes of the Maine State Sea Kayak were amazing! Gave excellent directions on how to use the ebike as we had not done it before! My only advise is book directly with Maine State Sea Katak...not throught Viator as you will pay more!!
Every one super helpful and friendly! Bikes were a lot of fun on the carriage trails but even with a map we got confused at times (so study Acadia map ahead of time).
