The food was great and so was the drinks. We had a good waiter. Everything was great. Would definitely be back again. The manager was very helpful as well. Nice place to just enjoy some good food and prices are great as well.

Typical hard rock. Although we booked a Viator prefixe menu. When it came time to. Hard time checking out with the offer. Made me feel like we were scamming them on an offer they put on Viator. Haven’t gone back since.

Worthwhile experience!

I chose the Acoustic meal and I was definitely surprised at what I received, for a very reasonable price. I went just as they were opening, so I was able to walk around the restaurant and take pictures of many of the memorabilia. The staff were great and so friendly. I would definitely do this again, as well as recommend this experience to others. Thank you Viator and Hard Rock Cafe for making this possible!

Servers were hesitate to honor the Viator voucher. When we showed it to the manager, he was more interested however, we received a much better reception at the Hard Rock Cafes in NYC and Rome when we presented the Viator vouchers.
