It was amazing! From beginning to end, it was a learning experience, watching how the balloons filled with air and then fire gently lift it off ground. A smooth experience, peaceful following the Rio Grande over farm land and Hills. Our man Lewis met us and entertained us on our way to the lift off spot. He was a great host.

Actual facts are explained about the experience and rides, I’m still not comprehending on how this works, so the ride consists of where the wind takes us I assume and no alcoholic beverages are served on the rides.

Why it was not anyone's fault weather was not good for conditions ,they decided on the side of safety,why I am some what disappointed, this company did the RIGHT.THING and I felt that they still deserved an excellent review,and an no hassle refunded was given,I praise the company for deciding on safety first.I hope to return one day.

No accommodation for missing flight with very sick wife. Also no consideration for other passengers who would be on the flight with my wife. Vendor said "no problem, it's an open air activity".

It was an overall experience because they showed us the assembling the hot air balloon. the safety lecture to make the trip enjoyable and safe. The ride itself that lasted about 70 minutes and 11 miles. Also got to help the crew dissemble the balloon and had a get together with mimosa. orange juice and coffee with other foods at their base camp where they told us about how hot air ballooning got started by the French in the 1800"s. I would recommended to anyone specially if you have a bucket list.

All the crew were helpful and nice. The ride was so tranquil. They served snacks and Mimosa after ride and told the story of how hot air balloons came to be. I enjoyed all of it. I would recommend to anyone.

Everybody in the company, from the owner Brittany, the pilot, Sam and the driver Audey were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Our ride was smooth and Brittany was the perfect tour guide while we were 1,290 feet ride. They all made our ride a pleasant and memorable one. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and I kept their info in my contacts list when and if I come back for another hot air balloon rides.

While we thoroughly enjoyed the experience of floating above the world in a hot air balloon, we spent 2 hours in a van to get to and from the ballooning site. I didn't understand that prior to signing up. And the very next day we saw 12 balloons floating above Albuquerque? I didn't understand why we had to travel so far.

The tour guide was very attentive from time of meeting us and transporting us to the launch site for a sunrise ride. It was a fantastic experience and highly recommend this balloon company to any first timers to have a memorable hot air balloon ride! Love love loved it! Will definitely be back!
