Due to our mistake they rose above and beyond to accommodate us. The owners and staff were very personable and informative. Treated us like family. The pilot, BJ, was adapt at all the wind changes and showed/explained to us the beautiful landscape of Albuquerque. It was an amazing and lifetime experience.

Great experience. The operators put safety first and were very knowledgeable about the area we were flying over. They kept us up to date on potential weather impacts, so there were to surprizes and answered all of our questions about the balloon. The landing was soft and the story of the first balloon flight was very entertaining. This was my niece's first balloon flight, and she loved it. They also took pictures and sent them to us afterwards and provided us with our flight path including elevation througout the flight,

The crew was very passionate and knowledgeable about hot air ballooning. It was quite amazing that they were able to navigate the balloon with no controls 7 miles away and land perfectly at the landing spot. They were well organized and prepared and provided us with a seamless PRIVATE experience that my family will always remember.

Loved the experience! It was a bit tight in the basket which is just good to be aware of if you have problems with confined spaces. The hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed the post-ride story and refreshments.

Floating into the sky at sunrise was a magical experience and a perfect start to my partner’s 60th birthday. Our pilot Justin was fantastic and so was his whole crew. We got to enjoy a serene and gorgeous sunrise, got to see some petroglyphs (extra cool experience from above!) and learn some history too! I highly recommend Justin & crew for a hot air balloon experience.

It was exciting to see the balloon being inflated, and the launch was a great thrill. Our Pilot was very experienced and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout the flight.
Our landing was a little bumpy but we were surrounded by ground crew who stabilized the basket and helped us dismount. We had a beautiful flight and enjoyed the champagne toast and snacks afterwards.

The balloon trip was very personalized and it was a great experience. The views were fantastic, with the sun rising over the mountains . We learned a ton about the history of flight and ballooning. The landing was superb. The team was exceptionally accommodating and it was a wonderful experience.

The entire experience was well done & very professional. Great job by the owner Justin and crew. We were well informed and felt safe the entire time. We also enjoyed the nice touch after the ride by going to a park nearby and having a champagne toast while Justin gave us some interesting back story of ballooning.

Highly recommend. The entire crew was amazing and made our birthday celebration one to remember. This felt more personalized than some of the larger companies. Safety was a priority and they treat you like family. Would definitely do this this again.

Should you do a balloon ride in Albuquerque? Yes. And you should book it with Elevate. I cannot say enough good things about Keisha, Justin and their group (please don’t be mad, I don’t remember everyone’s names!). The experience feels very intimate and personalized and TRUST ME it was WAAAAY better than being up there with a group of 12-16 people like the other companies boast.
The views are incredible, the experience is peaceful, and it was so much fun being up there. Justin was so communicative and prepped us on what to anticipate before, during, and after the ride. There were no surprises and I felt totally safe the entire time.
The folks at Elevate all have great energy. It was such an incredible way to start the day and the champagne toast, snacks, and talks about ballooning put such a personal touch on the experience. I would book with them tomorrow again if we weren’t leaving!
They are awesome, the experience is fantastic, and you won’t regret it. Stop reading and book it already.
