My wife and I really enjoyed the ABQ Trolley tour. This is a great way for first time Albuquerque visitors like us to get an overview of the city. The tour guide was excellent and had a wealth of information to share. The tour is two hours long and does not stop. So, I would recommend using the restroom before starting the tour. The tour covered a large area of Albuquerque including the University of New Mexico campus. Rain fell during the tour but the trolley used vinyl coverings to keep everyone dry and comfortable. I would highly recommend this tour. The price of this tour (approx. $35.00) was very reasonable.
Stephanie Ann was our tour guide. She grew up and is a long term resident of ABQ. She was cheerful and most informative!
Great experience, if you don’t know Albuquerque. Interesting details that only a native would know..
An hour and 40 minutes is a bit long, but there is so much to cover and see. The guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of history and well as great places to eat.
This is a great introduction to the city of Albuquerque and what makes it special. We saw many interesting buildings and even a roadrunner. Shawna was an amazing driver in tight spots, and Blake was a very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide. We didn’t have a lot of time to be in Albuquerque, so this was perfect for us to learn a lot in a short amount of time!
Blake. tour guide, and Shawna, driver, made the trip a lot of fun and pointed out many informative facts. Do this by any means!!

Easily going, well informed guide, only wish time allowed to step out to take better pictures. The route and information we well chosen. During warmer clients small bottles of water would have been sppreciated

Suggest sitting on the right side of the trolley. We did. I felt we had the best side. We also sat midway. Very informative, interesting. Quite a variety of of facts !
Really enjoyed the tour. It had some good history and took us by several museums we will return to that we hadn’t considered before.

Well worth the time. We had an excellent tour team with Stephanie and Shauna. Stephanie is a local native and a UNM grad. She made the time fly by and was very engaging with the guests. We throughly enjoyed the tour. It was our best one ever taken. Thanks for an unforgettable experience. Tour gave a history of Route 66 and explained the city's history.
The tour was comprehensive and a fun way to see and learn about ABQ. We went places and heard stories that you would only get on this tour.
This was a wonderful experience highlighting a lot of Albuquerque’s attractions. The tour guide was good but should engage the passengers more.
Very informative we enjoyed the view and knowledge of the area. I recommend to everyone to explore. 💜

beware of butt, no stops, recommend sitting on the right side of bus, bring a bottle of water, volume on some videos was too loud

Wish they would have stopped at some of the more popular stops. Knowledge, trolley is very uncomfortable.. air conditioned one would have been more of an enjoyable experience.

Thank you for the feedback. We're sorry the tour didn't fully hit the mark for you. Our routes are designed to cover many of Albuquerque's most popular destinations, including Museum Row, the National Hispanic Cultural Center, ABQ BioPark, the Rail Yards, Nob Hill, the University of New Mexico, and sports stadiums, among others. But, we're always looking to fine-tune the experience, so we'd genuinely welcome specifics on which stops you were hoping to see.
As for comfort, the Trolley is open-air by design, which most guests love for the fresh breeze and views, but we understand it's not the right fit for everyone, especially on warmer days. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we'll take it into account as we continue improving the tour.
Seeing different parts of Albuquerque was nice, the trolley ride was painful for my husband, daughter and myself.

It was a good basic tour. Over two hours, our guide was very loud and pretty much yelled the whole time trying to get group excited. That was the part we did not like. The tour gave us a great overview of Albuquerque and we used that as we explored further.
