This is a family company and there was some yelling and not so nice treatment of each other as they were filling the balloon. The ride was great and always felt safe. I wish they would treat each other better, I don't need to be part of their family drama.

Shane was our pilot. He was extremely informative and entertaining. I had no idea how much knowledge, experience and work this takes. My granddaughter and I would do it again on our next visit. Thanks to all of the team.

Our Pilot Shane and his crew were friendly and confident in their vast technical abilities to provide a safe and spectacular experience. We appreciated their direct and authentic communication style to adhere to safety first and local regulations, as well as providing information about the area and the art of hot air ballooning.
We felt safe and so honored to take our first flight with his team, as tgey worked together seamlessly.
Shane’s recitation of the traditional champagne toast and simple fresh fruit picnic they provided afterwards, was an unexpected bonus that allowed us to learn more about the French history of hot air balloons and the opportunity to share personal highlights of our shared experiences with the team/group.
I would recommend Aerogelic Ballooning to anyone who wants a straight forward above and beyond pure delight.
