Do not book this tour. I prepaid and had receipts and signin info. Nothing worked. I called several times and no one had a clue. Total waste of my time and money. And the company reps had no answer. Definitely do not recommend.
Getting code was very difficult. Waited over 1 1/2 hours for resolution after repeated texts and phone calls

The process is designed to be straightforward and self-service, without requiring assistance from customer support.
We regret that you experienced difficulty, but the access instructions and resources were readily available throughout. Waiting for a customer service response was not necessary to begin your tour.
It’s a scam. We couldn’t get the audio to work. Don’t waste your money. Use the YouTube guided tour.

This is a legitimate audio tour with numerous five-star reviews from satisfied customers. We are passionate fans of Breaking Bad and invested considerable time, effort, and care into creating this experience.
We deliberately designed the tour to work directly through a web browser, without requiring customers to download an app or surrender unnecessary personal information.
Your inability to access the audio does not make our business fraudulent. We provide detailed instructions, instructional resources, and customer support to assist guests.
You are entitled to criticize your experience. You are not entitled to misrepresent a legitimate business as fraudulent without evidence. Such accusations can cause serious reputational harm to people who have worked exceptionally hard to create something valuable.
We stand firmly behind our product, our integrity, and the many customers who have thoroughly enjoyed this experience.
It’s nice to do this self guided tour on your own time. You can stop, take pictures and listen to the facts about each site as a little background.
It’s an excellent, stress free way to see the important locations from the series. Enjoyed it immensely.

Our Breaking Bad tour represents extensive research, writing, recording, and production work. We have invested substantial effort into making this experience accessible directly through a web browser without requiring an app download.
Your difficulty connecting does not establish that our product was defective, nor does it fairly represent the experience available to other customers.

Great activity. Husband and I are huge fans of the show and really enjoyed seeing the places in person. The narrator does a great job and really brings it to life. Fun background info that we otherwise wouldn't have known either. Recommend!
Absolutely loved this experience. So many locations to see. Maps for every location and an audio that had some amazing information from the show. We added the Candy lady that sold the blue candy and the Breaking Bad Store and museum to our tour and it was perfect!!!

This was our first experience with this type of a tour and we really liked it. It was a little bit difficult at first navigating back-and-forth between the screen and tabs but once you got it, it was easy highly recommend this tour.

This was the first time we have done a self-guided tour like this-where you go in your own car and listen via the app. It was really easy and fun! We got coffee at Java, one of the stops on the tour. I would definitely do this again!
