Spent 5 days in San Fracisco and BY FAR the best part of our trip was our E-Bike tour with Michael! We had some issues with the bikes - some minor and some major. So, I would definitely recommend that you inspect your bike and the settings and make sure you do some practice runs up the street. Had to change my bike out 3 times before the tour started. We later found out that my daughter's bike would not go up steep inclines - just shut down. This was confirmed by our tour guide and he told us the light green bikes, which my daughter had, are not very powerful and have issues. So, DO NOT GET THE LIGHT GREEN BIKES! My daughter had to walk her bike up 3 or 4 steep hills and that was the worst. So, the bike rental company should really have to refund part of our payment. Regardless, Michael was amazing and took us all over and gave us all sorts of cool facts about the city. He even raced back and retrieved my daughter's fanny-pack that she left behind at a previous stop. I can't rave enough about Michael. Truly, his service and care and total attention to us to make sure we had a good time by far compensated for the crappy bike the bike rental shop gave my daughter.

Jamie was our tour guide, and he was truly outstanding. This was a genuine walking tour - we covered about 11 miles in total, with over half of it on foot and the rest by cable car, streetcar, subway, and public bus. (Yes, there is a difference between a streetcar and a cable car - something I didn’t know until this tour!) Jamie was methodical and precise with pick-up times for each mode of transportation, making the day feel seamless despite the variety of transit options. His organization kept the pace smooth and enjoyable. We visited an incredible range of sites: • Cable Car Museum • Chinatown • North Beach • Lombard Street • Nob Hill • Financial District • Painted Ladies • Haight-Ashbury • The Castro Each stop was well-timed, informative, and engaging. Jamie’s knowledge and enthusiasm brought the city’s history and culture to life. By the end of the day, we felt like we had truly experienced San Francisco from the ground up. Bottom line: This tour was comprehensive, educational, and unforgettable. If you want to see the city in depth and learn along the way, this is the tour to book.

Our guide was excellent! Jodi was very knowledgeable and gave our group lots of information and tips. Riding on the Golden Gate Bridge was an amazing experience, but it was so cold and windy. We had lunch in Sausalito and took the ferry back. We had an excellent day.
