The staff is super friendly, our pilot was super friendly. We were offered wine and water before our flight. We had an overall smooth flight. But I do not recommend this to someone that doesn't know planes. Sesna planes are safe and super well built but this one is a 54 year old plane and my girl was scared out of her wits 🤣😆. Also if you are 6.0 tall u could barely fit. Do not bring ppl that scare easy.

At the end of a business trip in the Bay Area, it was great to better understand the dimension of this metropolitan cluster of towns and bridges. Rick took us to Novato, where we had closed on an investment opportunity. It was interesting to see from above the surrounding topography and some of the constraints that apply to the area.. Next time we want a bigger plane!

I am really glad we went. The weather was a bit cloudy but that made the experience even more amazing. If you’ve ever seen Aladdin it literally felt like we were flying over the clouds with a beautiful sunset!
They had everything ready for us when we got there, and they explained everything in detail. Our pilot was great. He explained to us the route and what we would be flying over!

First off our pilot was awesome. Knowledgeable about pointing landmarks out along our tour. Very friendly and helpful. Flight was fun great views of the bay and pilot made sure we could get outstanding shots with the camera. Very memorable birthday experience.

I’ve Gotta Say This Was By Far The Best Ride In The Sky In The Bay Area Ever ( It Last Longer than all the others & It’s $150/300 Cheaper than all the other ones - mind you the other ones only take you over one bridge where here we went over golden gate, bay bridge, and San Mateo bridge - there’s a ton to mention that I was shown but man Worth the money & Time !

I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate Valentine's weekend. I had trouble finding the place since it wasn't clear. However, we tried to follow the GPS for the second time and found it. We had such a good experience with the tour and Rick Cascelli, Chief Pilot was great to fly with and very knowledgeable about Bay Area. The flight was so smooth. We had anticipated a helicopter tour instead but this is much better since it's not as dizzy as previously experienced with other touring company in the past. We had a great time and will return for other special occasions for sure.

Was booked as a helicopter flight, but was a small 4 seater plane. That really wasn't the problem, the pilot was my daughter's age about 23 or 25 very inexperienced. He had strapped the flying instructions to his leg. My daughter sat up front there were no safety instructions given and she was sitting in the training seat for a beginning pilot where there are controls and the brake. The young man talked mostly about sports and not about the scenery. Wasn't what I paid for. As my daughter said, It was pretty sketchy🤔

People sometimes get distracted by excitement during the booking process that they don't read and bypass our transparent information "Airplane Tour". It is important to carefully read before purchasing a tour. Nowhere on our web page will you see the word "Helicopter".
You are correct, we do have a young pilot that I feel has impressed us beyond limits with his skillful safety measures he prioritizes before, during, and after a flight. We don't judge on age, if a pilot has gone through the rigorous training and has passed all safety check points that are required by the FAA,... then we believe its fair to give that individual a chance to fly.
There are of course 23 year old commercial pilots flying 300 passengers on a commercial airplane. How would you guess they got there? Experience and opportunity, and that's what we are providing to our pilots. And to our customers we provide Safety at a birds eye view regardless of age, race, or gender.

At first glance, Hayward feels like an out out of the way and pdd place to book a tour over the golden gate bridge. HOWEVER, it is absolutely the best place to book!! The air tour was 1000% better than anything booked in the more touristy places. The flight was spectacular! Rick made everything feel so personal and the stories we shared back and forth definitely made the experience just THAT much better. I tried uploading pictures to show off, but unfortunately there was an error. I just cannot express how thankful I am that we went here instead of any other flight company. I am without a doubt doing this again!

It was a memorable trip but didnt get what was mentioned on the website. They didnt flew over sf downtown or Golden Gate bridge and told us at the last momemt that they arent doing so
