I thought it was a little slow getting started because everyone had to eat and the crew had to clean up before the music and dancing could start . Food was great but it could be a little larger portions. Music provided was very good and we spent the night on the dance floor . It was fairly expensive but I think overall it was worth it .The crew and service was exceptional.. we would do it again in the future.

Good food and service. Having bread served before or with the meal would have been better than after, but I know it’s hard taking care of so many at once. It gets really lively on the dance floor so if you’re up to fun, that’s the place to be. We prefer quieter atmosphere so a table in another area would have been preferable to us. Still, it was a nice treat for our anniversary.

We had an amazing time aboard the Odyssey Cruise. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing. The music created the perfect vibe, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, and every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. My wife especially loved the experience, and seeing her enjoy every moment made the night even more memorable. Thank you for making our day so special. We'll definitely be back, and highly recommend the Odyssey Cruise to anyone looking for a wonderful dining and sightseeing experience.

Traveled 2 hrs in heavy traffic from Rhide Island.. found parking in nearby garage, got to gate just before 6pm, attendant asked if we we're with a birthday party. I said no just my wife and I. Boat 25 yrds right in front of me, kid with walkie talkie said " captain has called boarding closed. Wait what we are right here and boat is still tied up. They did not let us on board, 2 hr drive $48 parking fee, all for nothing showing up NOT LATE! Letting us board would not have delayed anything. 3 people working the gate very unprofessional! One woman just kept saying "6 o clock means 6 o clock". I said yeah it's 6 o clock now". Kid with walkie walkie wouldn't even call the captain.

Awesome experience great ambiance and atmosphere wish we had a better view considering it was my wife’s birthday and first experience having to seat in the middle and surrounded by large family parties was not what we’ve expected took a long time for the food to come out and we finally received our dinner it wasn’t what my wife had ordered could have been better for sure considering it was my wife’s birthday night out and first experience.

Do not take this cruise. It is not as advertised. My partner and I took this cruise in May, and the food was cold and inedible and we did not even get our meal until the cruise was returning to the dock. The staff kept telling us the food was coming and we watched everyone around us enjoy the meal while we were left siting without food. Did not see any of the harbor, just sat and waited. Nothing was as advertised. DO NOT TAKE THIS CRUISE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

We thought the experience was exceptional. The service was very good and the food was better than expected. The food service was very quick so that we could spend a good deal of time on the upper deck. The views of the city and the harbor were amazing!

The boat ride (scenery/entertainment) and the bar/boat staff were amazing and friendly. Our particular two waitresses however were well below expectations. They were slow, forgetful, and seemed to be really just all over the place. The food while the menu options looked amazing the quality was terrible. Steaks were tough and over cooked, lobster was over done, and even the dessert were over cooked (cheesecake and pineapple upside down cake). The appetizers of the soup and ravioli were great and the fresh fruit was also good. The bartenders made really good drinks.
It could just be an off night however for the price we paid and “extras” we paid for we would not return to this one again.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and our waitress, Jen, was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The food was served promptly, which we appreciated; however, it was only lukewarm rather than hot. One of the highlights of the experience was the beautiful sunset view, which created a relaxing ambiance. We also enjoyed the variety of upbeat music playing in the background, which added to the overall atmosphere.

Just didn't feel price was worth experience. It was our last nite in Boston but we could have spent the money on dinner in nice resturant and had much better time. Everything was overpriced and underwhelming however the staff was amazing Hawa was attentive and helpful

Friendly service, seating isn’t the best. You can see they cheated out on the seating. Could be way more comfortable. My waiter (who seemed like the lead) was very complimentary with everything. Gave me and my girl an extra desert since it was our birthday. Food portions could be more.. but again I do like to eat haha. Very good experience besides all of this.

The scenery and views were beautiful, but unfortunately the overall experience did not justify the cost. We spent over $300 and felt disappointed by the value received. Service was very slow, and the atmosphere was often chaotic, with many children running around throughout the venue. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, this may not be the best choice.

The evening was romantic. The staff and servers were warm and the service was excellent. The food needed flavor and the DJ was not very good. It was a Seniors in high school trip night and I think other passengers should not have been booked on the same cruise.

it was amazing and better than we expected. the food was phenomenal and the drinks were perfect. the environment was perfect and the music was the best. our waitress, Ashley was beyond caring and showed she cared for our needs during our entire stay. she went above and beyond to make my wife pleased on her birthday.
