biggest thing people need to know that this is a three-line tour with one stop intersecting all the lines. it should run later through the day. last bus is 5:15

We changed buses 4 times for a total of 4 hours on a bus or waiting up to 45 minutes! It was awful! The guides were okay but soooo loud and one talked nonstop!

This was an excellent tour. Pudge was a knowledgeable and funny and funny guide. I learned a lot about American and Bostonian history. We got a lot of great food and entertainment recommendations from Pudge along the way. I highly recommend this tour, it is worth the money.

Excellent easy way to see and hear about Boston. Did the complete City Tour and Back Bay tour from start to finish to get our bearings then rode again hopping off at various stops to explore. All guides brought humor and fun, especially Beanie.

Although the buses were nice and the drivers were well informed, we felt like we spent 1/2 of our day waiting for the bus to show up We were told that buses run every 30 min, but was actually like 45+ and no pattern…like on the hour, etc.

Our experience varies by driver. Two of the three drivers were great with their knowledge, stories and humor and the third was simply awful as we actually got off at an unplanned stop just so we could switch tour guides.

The bus was very visible and easy to find, it seemed to run on time, our captain, captain e, she was a great narrator and knew a lot of local history while she was negotiating the insanity of the driving in town

The tour was very good. Bandit, or tour guide was really good. And the tour itself was interesting. The only downside is there wind was blowing pretty bad that day so they put the plastic window coverings on the trolley. They were so scratched up it made it hard to see some things and pictures were out of the question. But would definitely recommend the tour on a day the coverings weren't needed.

Quicker way to view all the amazing spots in Boston! I love that there are two different buses that you can use to explore all the must sees. Boston is one of my favorite places but this was my boyfriend’s first time so I wanted to make sure he saw everything I loved about Boston and this tour helped me bring that to life. It also happened to be very cold the day we went so having the trolley to go back too in between seeing the sights was helpful. Very informative tour guides also which made the experience even better, Skipper was our favorite!

The trolley stops weren’t every 20-30 minutes as it says. I rode the trolley twice. Spent a large portion of my time waiting for a trolley. The trolley was too full TWICE and I ended up walking more than I did riding. Didn’t get to stop and see majority of the items on the stop. Even took and uber to a few of the stops because of the trolleys. The plastic coverings on the window were filthy and couldn’t even get good pictures through it on the portions I did ride. And the trolleys stop running early due to sports activities in the city. Extremely extremely dissatisfied with this unfortunately.

Good way to get an overview of places and logistics to places of interest. If you are prone to motion sickness, Boston traffic and nature of the tour makes it a little queasy.
