What are people saying about Boston

Definitely worth leaving Boston for a day to do this tour!
We loved our trip to Newport; Lucia was a fantastic driver and guide and made the day really fun with her additional information, stories and tips. The bus was comfy and Lucia had water and snacks for us. The 2 Mansions we went inside were amazing - opulent and extravagant. We also really enjoyed our free time in Newport itself and followed Lucia's recommendedation to go to the Red Parrot for lunch. Also on her recommendation we visited the church where JFK got married and got to see inside. We had a brilliant day, it's been our 19 year old daughter's favourite thing of the holiday. Well worth the time and money.

Informative Tour
This turned out being a private tour for us which was a bonus. Allen answered all of our questions and took his time . The Freedom Trail component was informative and thorough. It was nice to include Beacon Hill to see the homes and learn who lived there. Boston Common and Public Gardens were included as well. History of Back Bay was remarkable.

Wonderful experience
I traveled with this company on August 22nd, and I had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Willy, was amazing! After picking everyone up, he clearly explained the itinerary for the day and gave us an estimated arrival time at our destination.
Before visiting each site, Willy would tell us what to expect and give us a short and helpful summary about the place we were about to visit. This helped us better understand and appreciate each location and made the entire experience more interesting and enjoyable.
Throughout the trip, he drove very carefully and professionally, which made us feel safe and comfortable. He was very attentive to everyone and made sure that each passenger’s needs were met.
The guided visits were also very good and well organized. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated Willy’s professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and excellent service. He played an important role in making the entire trip comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
I highly recommend this company, and I would definitely travel with them again!

Had to get up earlier and...
Had to get up earlier and reroute and walk to the ferry due to a run. Got to see the race begin! First ferry ride for us all and we enjoyed it. Jon was amazing! The tour was very informative and fun. The land is simply beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. We missed the ferry coming back. There was a mix up with the time provided my Rory and the person who took the info and we had a very hard time getting back.

Very enjoyable yummy tour!
We had the pleasure of taking the Boston Food & History Tour with Nabil, and it was such a wonderful experience! Nabil was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Boston’s history and food culture.
We had a little trouble locating the starting point because the street sign had a different name than what appeared on my map. However, if you find the Registry of Motor Vehicles, you’re in the right place!
We started at a very interesting bread company, where we got to try some delicious breads and learn about the history of this unique bakery and its bread-making traditions. From there, we stopped at a local grocery & deli, Salumeria, for a sandwich. We made our way to a pizza shop, Galleria Umberto, for a slice of cheese pizza. The pizza was delicious and had such a nostalgic, old-fashioned feel to it.
The day we went was extremely hot, but Nabil was very thoughtful and made sure to bring us to shaded areas whenever possible, which we really appreciated.
Our last stop was at a wonderful coffee house and pastry shop, Lavazza, where we enjoyed a cappuccino and a cannoli. Both were very good and were the perfect way to finish the tour.
Along the way, we visited many historical sites and learned so much about Boston’s history. Nabil did a great job bringing everything to life while making the tour fun and enjoyable.
Five hours may seem like a really long tour, the time flies & it does not seem too long. It is perfect!
I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great combination of delicious food, fascinating history, and a knowledgeable guide. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend Nabil and this tour!

Costumed guide who made Boston’s history into an entertaining story
We had Ben as a guide. He made the tour interesting, entertaining and comical. My husband and I attended with 2 adult children (ages 18 and 20) who wanted nothing to do with a history lesson, but Ben made telling the history of Boston into more of a story telling session. He kept the group engaged and entertained. I highly recommend this type of tour if you want to learn the history with more enthusiasm and energy rather than just a statement of facts.

Great tour of Freedom Trail
Great, enjoyable and detailed walk through the Freedom Trail and Beacon Hill. Our tourguide, Olivia, was friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
The only negative belongs to Viator, which mislabeled the meeting g point. We nearly didn’t make the tour even though we got to the area 15 minutes early. Olivia said they tried to correct it with aviator but to not avail. Please, Viator, list the starting point as in front of Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles!

Great cost effective way to do the Freedom Trail!
Very good content, nice being able to go at your own pace and take extra time at stops along the way. Super easy use, install app, loada tour and go. And easy to stop tour for an extended period (like lunch!) and restart just where you left off. Its a long walk - so make sure you have your good walking shoes on. Mostly flat terrain with a few hills towards the end.

A great tour guide
If Harvard offered a class taught by Genevieve, we’d enroll immediately. She was engaging, hilarious, and incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the campus’s history and traditions to life with the perfect mix of facts, stories, and humor. What could have been just another campus tour turned into one of the highlights of our Boston trip. Whether you’re seriously considering Harvard or just curious about its history, do yourself a favor and hope you get Genevieve as your guide!

Wonderful way to take in Boston’s sites
If you are interested in seeing another side of Boston, getting some exercise and having fun while doing it then this is the tour for you. Engaging and knowledgeable tour guides an easy and educational route around major Boston sites and an intro to many neighborhoods I thought I knew well - but was surprised to discover additional hidden gems. Wonderful intro to Boston that was really unique - we loved it!

Great Foliage tour
We had a great time. Even though the Foliage had already peaked for our trip we still had a great time. Rory was great. He took us to some great spots and we still got to see some great foliage. The weather was amazing too that day. Cold but sunny. Being from Florida we enjoyed the change of weather. Would highly recommend this tour.
