Unforgettable experience
It's a long and emotionally tiring trip but an absolute must do. The experience is mainly outside and a lot of ground is covered so wear comfortable footwear. Our guide was very passionate about a subject that clearly meant a lot to him and his family. I thought I knew quite a bit about the holocaust but the visit really brought home the scale of the atrocities.

100% Recommended, just make sure you have enough time.
Well organised, comfortable, informative and friendly tour guides snd organisers. The slot we were allocated by the museum left our trip back to the airport very tight, but the Viator Team coordinated to get us back to the airport in time. My only flag eould be that bookers need to be aware that choosing your preferred slot does not book that slot.

Michael guide was the best!
Lots of walking. Michael our bus driver/guide was amazing, knowledgeable and easy going. Our first guide in Auschwitz was difficult to understand so I even took my headset off. When we arrived in Birkenau, I defected to Michael’s group since he was easy to understand and informative. You will definitely get your steps in so wear comfortable shoes since some uneven ground.

The cave was incredible, the camp was an experience
The cave was incredible. The camp was definitely worth seeing - the upside is the local guide didn’t spare us from history, the downside is you have to see that history. No highways connecting the two sites, so town driving. Lot of walking, a lot of walking but worth it.
