Such a cool experience! Not going to lie, if you don’t get the front seat… it may not be AS fun! The dogs love running. The staff make sure each dog is happy and wants to run before each ride. If the dog isn’t feeling it, they don’t force them to run. Plenty of time to play with the puppies! Everyone on our bus (20 people) had time to hold multiple different puppies. Our musher was great. The staff who met us at the base of Mount Roberts was not pleasant. She played on her phone and was annoyed to answer questions, however we did not see her after the start.

Had a great tour with Alaska On Tap! This was a fun way to spend a rainy afternoon in Juneau! Really enjoyed going to the local breweries and drinking local beer versus the tourist traps at the cruise dock. It was a great way to immerse ourselves in the brewery culture of Alaska!

Pedz was fantastic! He was very responsive before our tour, answering our questions about our cruise ship’s arrival time and meeting location, which made everything easy and stress-free. He picked up our party of six and provided binoculars, water, and snacks. He was also especially thoughtful and accommodating to one gentleman in our group who had difficulty walking, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the tour, Pedz shared information about Juneau, pointed out local sights, and had an amazing eye for wildlife. Thanks to him, we spotted eagles, a porcupine, whales, and even a weasel! He also knew the best photo spots and happily took group pictures for us. We visited downtown Juneau, Mendenhall Glacier and Nugget Falls, Brotherhood Bridge, the Whale Project statue, and the beautiful National Shrine of St. Thérèse. Pedz was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the tour feel personal rather than rushed. It was a wonderful way to experience Juneau, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting—especially cruise passengers looking for a more personalized experience. We really enjoyed the excursion. This was our first time doing water rafting especially with Cristian. He was a really good tour guide and very funny. We saw bald eagles and even a seal in the water bobbing up and down. He even gave us some insights what it was like to staying in Juneau even though he only worked there in the summer. Hope to see him in Colorado when we visit.

M & M tours went beyond what was required in every way! First my husband and I were on a cruise with only a half a day in Juneau. Somehow I screwed up the date and only realized it the day before we were to be in Juneau. I contacted Viator to see even though I put in the wrong date, could they accommodate me for the correct date. Viator wasn’t able to contact M & M but left a message. Viator said that it would strictly be the tour company’s decision to accommodate me or not. I paid for the tour months ahead. Thankfully the tour company contacted me first thing in the morning to say, “yes please join us-no additional cost”. We went on the tour and our guide was Alicia. Fantastic guide. She is a native and lives in the area so she knows her way around and her history. She drove our bus and narrated. She is kind, courteous and professional. She encourages your questions and can answer all of them. Plus she gives you fun snacks/trinkets at each stop along her tour. Best tour on our Alaska cruise! We had an awesome time on this excursion. In addition to the driver, there was also a naturalist on our boat. He gave us lots of information and we could ask questions. We saw so many whales. We even got to see a big group “bubble net feeding!” We could have stayed longer at the glacier, but we wanted to make sure we got back to our ship on time. They had lots of buses going back and forth. I highly recommend this activity.

WOW! You get a Helicopter tour to a dog sled camp. The flight/scenery was beautiful. Once at camp the staff was so friendly and nice. You got to meet (and pet) the dog sled team, go for a ride. Team was so knowledgeable and seemed happy to be there! Then on the way back another helicopter ride stop top of a glacier, got to see a beautiful mini glacier lake, walk around, then ride the copter back to town. So much fun. They provided anti slip boots to which was nice, we didnt think to pack that! Thank you guys!!

Excellent trip. Crew was extremely knowledgeable. Saw single whales and mother and calf. Tracy’s crab was good. Viators voucher is your ticket for red crab combo. Everything was very good. If you’re on a cruise, take this tour. Cheaper and much better then you can get on the cruise ship.
