Great time, challenging if unfit

An incredible, unique experience. We had a knowledgeable guide who made it a lot of fun. As someone who is middle-aged, no major health issues, but out of shape, I found this challenging but doable. There is a 40 minute hike over rocky terrain, mostly uphill just to get to the glacier. Going downhill can also be challenging because a lot of areas are steep.

A great experience with captain Kat and Mitchell. Kat's driving was impeccable and Mitchell was really knowledgeable about the lake and the history and made it a really fun trip. The scenery was stunning and the 15 minute stop at Spirit Island was a great photo opportunity.

Great tour!

Ben was an excellent guide. We learned so much about glaciers and how that whole area was formed. We probably walked a mile and a half on the glacier itself. So much more fun than those taking those buses. Make sure you bring a beanie and some gloves. We did the tour in August and it was pretty cold walking on the glacier.

A fun way to experience one of Jasper’s rivers

The team were really friendly and helpful. The bus ride was about 30 mins to the river where we were suited and booted. We were then given a safety briefing and headed out. The rapids were exciting but not at all scary. We enjoyed the commentary that our guide gave us- she was very knowledgable about the area and very enthusiastic. We also enjoyed that we weren’t paddling all the time and we were given time to sit back and take in the scenery. The ride down the river took about an hour and then we were picked up by the bus. We didn’t need our change of clothes. We were wet but we just put our clothes on over our damp swimming clothes as there wasn’t much space to get fully charged. We highly recommend this trip, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you!

Are guide Logan was great very knowledgeable. We saw 4 grizzlie bears a mama with 2 cubs and a lone one. We also saw a couple of moose some deer and Canadian loon. A couple Mamot some mule deer some Muslrat an Osprey. A couple of PIKA. We had a marvelous day. We say lots an animals. Thank You Logan.

Sam was a very friendly...

Sam was a very friendly and fun guide. He was knowledgeable about Jasper and the forest & wildlife and explained about the fires of 2024. He was able to find elk, moose, eagles, marmots for us to observe in the wild. The boat ride at Maligne Lake to Spirit Island was amazing and Sam made sure we got onboard the boat, then back to Jasper, while entertaining us with stories along the way. We highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing rafting experience! This was the first time rafting for our kids ages 7 and 9, and they loved it (as did we!). The staff, including Tate, Coleman, Jesse, and especially our guide Molly, were all so personable and friendly. Travel to the top of the world!

A fun ride to the top of the mountain. There are only two trams, moving in opposite directions, and my ride up was quite crowded. At the top, you can choose to hike up a rocky, snowy mountain, so be prepared for that! I opted to have a meal at the restaurant (which only serves food after 5:30). A fun activity and I would highly recommend.

One of the highlights of...

One of the highlights of our trip - we've never done any rafting before, so this was perfect for beginners. It felt like a very easy but fun roller coaster on water with stretches of meditative floating. I went with my parents, who are in their 60s and 70s, and this was doable for them. The water is cold, and at a certain point, they let you go into the water if you want (while holding on). I would recommend a bathing suit as they suggest on their listing - changing while damp and also trying not to expose yourself isn't easy, so I think a one-piece bathing suit would feel less exposing. Molly was a super chill guide with a sense of humour. I want to do Class 3 rapids now! Recommend doing this experience
