Disappointing experience due to a complete lack of communication. I was told I could reschedule because I wasn’t feeling well and emailed the actual company and Viator accordingly, but never received a response. Instead, I was contacted on my requested rescheduled tour date to see if I was "going to come on the tour". By then, I was already back in another state and out $129. This could have easily been avoided with proper communication.

This was such a great experience! Pam was incredible. She made it a point to remember everyone’s names, showed she genuinely cared and wanted everyone to have a great time. She was very patient and attentive. I will 100% be doing this again.

This was such a beautiful and fun experience! Each winery was different but very nice! Pam was the absolute BEST driver and host we all enjoyed her bubbly personality! Only thing I would say is the tour was perfect but the last stop to town in Helen should be optional. Otherwise 10/10 experience!

Pam was an excellent guide & made sure we all knew where to be & at what time. The 3 wineries were great with plenty of choice for the tastings. Helen is a bit 'touristy' but worth a stop to get a meal. It's worth having a good breakfast before leaving on the tour as food options are a little limited & you go to the wineries before stopping in Helen. Overall a great trip with a good bunch of people.

Our tour guide Pam was awesome. Very sweet person. She answered all our questions and got us to all our destinations safely. We enjoyed all 3 wineries and the 2 hours in Helen. We will definitely do this again later this year.

Pam the driver is so sweet. Loved the wineries. The DJ at Serenity winery was awesome and the outdoor ambience at the Cenita winery was awesome. Loved the food truck also. Had a great time.

Pam, our Tour Guide was exemplary. She crossed every "t" and dotted every single "i" to ensure we had a funfilled and enjoyable excursion. We were celebrating our Anniversary, and this trip was, in many ways, the pinnacle of our celebration, and we thank Pam and Viator immensely. The only suggestions are: Send out the particulars outlined in Pam's Text to all passengers in the initial Confirmation Email, so we have more concrete guidance in finding/locating the actual meet up point and Cost Effective Parking advice. We were charged $60.00 for parking as we were unaware of the fact that $35.00 Parking was available right in front of the Bus Loading Spot. A terrible disappointment, indeed. Also let participants know to be on the lookout for text and calls from the Tour Guide with pertinent updates regarding the upcoming excursion. In spite of these suggestions, thanks to Pam, this trip gets a FIVE STAR RATING 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our driver Annette was great. I would definitely do another bus tour with her. I really enjoyed Serenity Cellars, they were really personable and interacted with everyone. The Cottage was ok, she was very knowledgeable . We were the first group of the day and she was working alone. I didn’t like Cenita at all. They just gave us our tastings, they didn’t interact with us, they didn’t tell us about the wines. I wouldn’t want to visit them again. Serenity Cellars I would definitely visit again.

Each winery has its own specialty which was appreciated. Everyone was very nice. Helen,GA was the last resort which was a very nice touch. I give it 10/10
