The pasta making class was so much fun, I have always wanted to make my own pasta. Maitta made it easy and we really enjoyed our time. Eating the fettuccine and ravioli was the best part, maybe the best meal I had in Rome. The restaurant we had the class at was called Gusto. We met 3 other groups of travelers, all from the US. We shared travel stories and had a wonderful conversation.

A wonderful experience!

Kelly and Kimmy were great! Kelly was really helpful and patient in working with us regarding the making of pasta. Kimmy made sure we had what we needed at all times to make 3 different type of spritzers-with a to go cup ready for the 3rd one! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a fun night, with an authentic pasta dinner and drinks to boot!

Try this for an evening out in Rome. Great fun.

Great fun and entertaining. Four couples, each making ravioli, spaghetti and fettuccine with wine, of course (we did not make the wine). Riccardo is an accomplished chef and he led us through 3 hours of making and consuming great pasta. If you are looking for a wonderful evening meeting new friends and enjoying great food, you shouldn't miss out on this opportunity. Highly recommend.

It was great fun! Mattias was very entertaining and taught us cooking techniques, and a little Italian language and culture. The food was good and the wine and limoncello were a nice finish. Stephania gave us one of the highlights of our trip with her incredible Pizza and Gelato cooking class! From the moment we walked in, she made everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and excited to cook. The class was extremely hands-on, which made it so much more fun and memorable — we weren’t just watching, we were truly learning every step of the process. Stephania explained everything so well and shared so many great tips and techniques that we’ll actually use again at home. We learned how to make authentic pizza from scratch and delicious gelato, and everything we made tasted absolutely amazing. The ingredients were fresh, the food was outstanding, and the wine kept flowing the entire time, creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. What really made the experience special was Stephania herself — warm, funny, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made the class feel like cooking with friends rather than a formal lesson. We laughed nonstop, ate incredibly well, drank great wine, and walked away with wonderful memories and new skills. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Italy. It was fun, delicious, interactive, and unforgettable. Thank you, Stephania, for such an amazing evening!

Highly recommend for families

What a wonderful experience! First, the facility is gorgeous. Anna, our chef, was so warm and welcoming from the first moment so my kids (girls 9 and 11) really opened up with her. We had so much fun making pasta (three types of pasta and three types of sauce). The pesto fettuccine was my favorite!! Our family devoured the whole plate. Unlimited soda and wine (although we didn’t drink it) the whole class. It was a really nice break from being on our feet and our kids were so entertained by Anna. Highly recommend!!

We had the most wonderful experience today at our cooking class! Chef Francesco was so impressive! He was genuinely so kind to our family and was so knowledgeable about the food we prepared. He broke everything down for us and encouraged us to try every part of the preparation! The kitchen was so nice and well organized! Plenty of space for our family of four! The food was so delicious and the variety was great. We cooked 3 different pastas and meat dish. We truly felt like this was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We all really enjoyed our time together! This is a must do experience and we are so happy we did it!! We totally recommend this experience to anyone!!

Fun and delicious cooking class in Rome!

Fun cooking class with an experienced teacher/chef. We made two kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Nice combination of hands on doing + cooking lesson by the teacher, followed by a lovely dinner. Sparkling wine to start and wine with dinner is included. David was an excellent and patient teacher with us and our table had a wonderful time chatting and getting to know each other (we were all Americans). Highly recommend! Our experience lasted from 5:30-8/8:30 ish.
