Our cooking class with Chef Stefania was such a fun and memorable experience. When we arrived, we decided to switch from making pasta to learning how to make a true Roman pizza, and we’re so glad we did. Chef Stefania guided us through the process step by step and made it both educational and enjoyable. She was incredibly kind, energetic, and clearly passionate about cooking. Her love of Roman cuisine and deep knowledge of local food traditions really added to the experience. We also made gelato, and we especially appreciated her tips on how to identify good gelaterias that use fresh, high-quality ingredients. Chef Stefania made the entire class engaging and relaxed, and we left with new skills and a deeper appreciation for Roman food. We would highly recommend taking a class with her.

Very disappointing - no Gelato making!

This was a below average experience. The pasta making was pretty fun and the host was engaging, but the host herself made all the sauces. The really disappointing part was there was NO Gelato making. They fed us some bland vanilla gelato at the end but did not even talk about how it was made or what went into it. Some guests in our group were late and they waited for them which was dumb - those of us who were on time should have been able to start and then maybe there would have been time for the full experience. The host was also very stretched and did not have enough help managing the kitchen so that made things move slowly. I wrote and requested a refund and was denied, so that's why I am taking the time to write this review. If they had replied to my concerns and made good on it that would be one thing, but there is no accountability for not providing the full service. I would advise you pass on this one!

Great interactive experience. The chef was right there to help when our dough wasn’t soft enough. Loved learning how to make the pasta and it tasted amazing. Excited to try the recipes when I get home!

Fun pasta cooking class - When in Rome!

Cooking class in a clean kitchen/school environment. We were packed in but we made it work. Anna was a great chef/host. Highly recommend one of her classes. Wine, soft drinks throughout. Made 3 types of pasta. She demonstrated 3 different sauces. We ate it all and finished with gelato and walk back to hotel.

What a wonderful experience! First, the facility is gorgeous. Anna, our chef, was so warm and welcoming from the first moment so my kids (girls 9 and 11) really opened up with her. We had so much fun making pasta (three types of pasta and three types of sauce). The pesto fettuccine was my favorite!! Our family devoured the whole plate. Unlimited soda and wine (although we didn’t drink it) the whole class. It was a really nice break from being on our feet and our kids were so entertained by Anna. Highly recommend!!

This was a very well done enjoyable experience. Chef Duccio was personable, funny and very knowledgeable. He provided us with real life stories while cooking. Highly recommend for travelers to Rome.
