We had an amazing time at this cooking class! Chef Jem was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience both fun and informative. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and he did a great job guiding everyone through each step while sharing helpful tips along the way. We learned how to make authentic carbonara and cacio e pepe, and we also got to enjoy making three different types of spritz, which was a fun addition to the experience. Everything was hands-on, well organized, and easy to follow, regardless of skill level. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rome and a great way to experience Italian food and culture. We would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting the city!

Try this for an evening out in Rome. Great fun.

Great fun and entertaining. Four couples, each making ravioli, spaghetti and fettuccine with wine, of course (we did not make the wine). Riccardo is an accomplished chef and he led us through 3 hours of making and consuming great pasta. If you are looking for a wonderful evening meeting new friends and enjoying great food, you shouldn't miss out on this opportunity. Highly recommend.

Stephania gave us one of the highlights of our trip with her incredible Pizza and Gelato cooking class! From the moment we walked in, she made everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and excited to cook. The class was extremely hands-on, which made it so much more fun and memorable — we weren’t just watching, we were truly learning every step of the process. Stephania explained everything so well and shared so many great tips and techniques that we’ll actually use again at home. We learned how to make authentic pizza from scratch and delicious gelato, and everything we made tasted absolutely amazing. The ingredients were fresh, the food was outstanding, and the wine kept flowing the entire time, creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. What really made the experience special was Stephania herself — warm, funny, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made the class feel like cooking with friends rather than a formal lesson. We laughed nonstop, ate incredibly well, drank great wine, and walked away with wonderful memories and new skills. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Italy. It was fun, delicious, interactive, and unforgettable. Thank you, Stephania, for such an amazing evening!

Worth the Travel

We had a wonderful experience at a pizza and pasta making class in Rome/Laurentina and highly recommend it. While it does take a bit of travel to get there, it’s absolutely worth it and shouldn’t discourage anyone from going. The total travel time including Metro from Rome Center (Spanish Steps) and van drive is approximately 50 mins. The class was excellent—well organized and fun—and the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. The food we made was fresh and delicious, and the complimentary wine and water were a great touch. The night was ended with Tiramisu and lemoncello! Overall, a memorable and worthwhile experience.

We had the most wonderful experience today at our cooking class! Chef Francesco was so impressive! He was genuinely so kind to our family and was so knowledgeable about the food we prepared. He broke everything down for us and encouraged us to try every part of the preparation! The kitchen was so nice and well organized! Plenty of space for our family of four! The food was so delicious and the variety was great. We cooked 3 different pastas and meat dish. We truly felt like this was the highlight of our trip to Rome! We all really enjoyed our time together! This is a must do experience and we are so happy we did it!! We totally recommend this experience to anyone!!
