Maria our tour guide was so cheerful and pleasant. Maria gave us an exceptional tour explaining the culture and history. Thoroughly enjoyed the Lello bookstores articture, our walk across the bridge, the cable car experience and a chance to see the 6 bridges on our Duoro river cruise. We had an amazing day in the town of Sintra. The town itself is picturesque and looks like it came out of a fairy tale. Quinta da Regaleira was absolutely beautiful and you get to walk inside the well. Our guide Bernardo was friendly, knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating. Great day!

Orlando was a wonderful guide. He gave us lots of information about the history of Portugal and the places we were visiting as well as great recommendations for places to eat. He was also very caring and accommodating when my daughter wasn’t feeling well during the tour. It was a great day and I would definitely recommend to a friend. Traveling to these locations in an air conditioned vehicle with a knowledgeable guide is the best way to visit.

Great Time and Great Crew

It was a little chaotic in the beginning with at least four cruises departing the same time. But they found us and put us on a great, clean boat. The wine tasting was terrific and the snack provided was a delicious charcuterie board. Two hours was a little shorter than I would’ve liked. We could’ve easily spent another hour on the boat.

Great tour

Our tuk tuk tour in Portugal was one of the highlights of our trip! It was the perfect way to explore the city's charming streets, hidden corners, and breathtaking viewpoints without the hassle of walking uphill. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fascinating stories about the history, culture, and local traditions that brought everything to life. We stopped at beautiful landmarks, sampled delicious local treats, and had plenty of opportunities for photos. The tuk tuk was comfortable, fun, and ideal for seeing more in less time. Gabriel was an excellent guide. He lives in this neighborhood and knows the people, places and history of the places we visited. We have been on several food and wine tours in several different cities. Viator does a great job in picking excellent places that are off the beaten path.

Easy-going enjoyable trip to Sintra

This half day tour to Sintra town & palace was stress free and just the right amount of time for us. It was a small group tour, in a modern Mercedes van with Aircon & our guide, Firat, was friendly & professional & made everyone feel comfortable. Sintra & palace can get VERY busy but our guide knew all the tricks to bypass the crowds. We received great info & got some free time in both spots to enjoy on our own. Cost wise, there were a number of cheaper Sintra tours on offer, but in our opinion this one was well worth it for the ease and comfort of the day & not feeling 'herded' around in big crowds in the heat.
