Simeon was a fantastic...

Simeon was a fantastic guide. He was knowledgeable, personable, and managed to make everything so interesting that even our 12-year-old was fascinated, which is no small feat when you’re on a tour that lasts 13 hours! At the end of the day, everyone agreed that we would happily do another long tour — if we could have Simeon as our guide. Can’t recommend him, and this experience, highly enough.

Excellent Tour! Sad, But A Necessary Place To See !

This tour of the Mauthausen Concentration Camp was excellent. The guide was prepared and provided a great deal of historical information that was relevant to every part of the camp that we toured. I never felt rushed through it at all. We were given time to learn about each portion and given time to take in the information. Additionally, our driver that picked us up in Vienna and drove us to Mauthausen was EXCELLENT! He could be a tour guide himself-he may be I don't know, but I felt safe with him as a driver and he was very knowledgeable about so much all along the way to the camp.

Good trip

I really enjoyed this trip. Hallstatt is a beautiful little town that was very scenic. The trip up to the waterfall is nice. The local tour of Salzburg was helpful. It was a nice town but rather crowded with tourists. Olga did a fabulous job as a tour guide. She was extremely helpful and attentive making sure that all of the needs of the 49 people on the trip were met. This does make for a very long day so do be prepared for that.

It is very well done....

It is very well done. Michael was our tour guide, and he is extremely well read and knowledgable about Hitler and his time in Vienna. I learned a lot - the ear pieces they used were of high quality and it was easy to hear everything. I especially enjoyed learning about the Jews in Vienna and visitng where they lived and the memorials to those who died. Top notch!

The Hills did come Alive

We had a long drive to Salzburg, but the journey was made truly enjoyable by the wonderful stops along the way. Each stop was well chosen and offered something unique, making the travel time feel much shorter and more interesting. Our guides Roman and Eva were exceptional—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They shared fascinating information about the history, culture, and landmarks throughout the trip, which added so much value to the experience. Their enthusiasm and expertise kept everyone engaged and made the journey memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic excursion with beautiful scenery, excellent organization, and outstanding guides. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Salzburg who wants to enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

As good as advertised

The tour was as good as advertised. It is indeed a small group, only 7 of us. Our tour guide Balazs is very knowledgeable and attentive. We were able to stop by most of the top tourist attractions in Budapest. If you have only one day and know nothing about Budapest, this tour is the way to go.

Worth the visit!

My adult daughter and I absolutely loved this tour--and that was due in large part to our guide, Bilijana. She did such an excellent job of filling us in on the history of the Hapsburg Dynasty keeping it simple and easy to follow. Her stories and knowledge were interesting and she took us from room to room sharing many fascinating details. This was easily one of our best tours on this trip. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get a handle on the royals of Austria as well as information on Austrian life in general there. It's obvious that Bilijana loves what she does and the tourist is the beneficiary of that! Oh, and plan to stop in the Gloriette Cafe atop the hill behind the gardens if you have time after the tour.

Lily, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing, her calm voice and beautiful storytelling made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. She shared the history and details in such a captivating way. A special mention also to our driver, who was efficient and fast while always ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Wonderful Tour

Markus was amazing - he was very punctual, professional and entertaining. He made sure that w le are comfortable and well informed throughout the trip. We had an amazing day in Hallstatt and Brigitte, our local guide in Hallstatt was very good. Even though it was raining we were able to see everything and able to have a proper meal at one of the best restaurants in Hallstatt. We would recommend this tour to all our friends and family back home.

Wonderful experience

The music was very enjoyable. The church is beautiful as well. Come early to get a better seat. The regular seats are not comfortable because of the kneeling area. The seats on the side are more comfortable. It was not hot nor cold in the regular area. It was a little cooler when I moved to the chair on the side.
