Preferred the red route to the blue where there were many great architectural buildings. It was a really hot day, so the covered area up top helped!

We had to change our itinerary due to change in riverboat because of low water and I sent a message 12 hours prior to time of departure and was never answered I asked if we could CHANGE the date of the tour by 24 hrs and I was told no changes within 24 hrs no exceptions very disappointing I did not want a refund just move the date forward 1 day

We had purchased the 48 hr package and made great use of it. The Big Bus App is so helpful when planning your day. The drivers were very adept at navigating the narrow streets and heavy traffic. We enjoyed the commentary via the headphones while we travelled on both the Blue and the Red Lines

Directions concerning meeting spots are vaguely articulated concerning the panoramic tour. We missed the meeting completely due to instructions leading us to random pickup stops on the circuit. Apparently a specific spot is designated but not clearly communized. Big Bus did however refund our money and allowed us to ride the basic bus service tour.

Positives: We got to see some beautiful buildings / scenery, and learned a thing or two. Not-so-positives: The bus was rather warm and uncomfortable (a bit like a greenhouse, which I know is not easy for the operator to control); The commentary was repeated several times throughout (although this may have been because of traffic and / or diversions); My partner found the headphones to be a little uncomfortable (mine were fine). All in all, it gave us what we wanted given we were only in the city a short time, and we'd have probably enjoyed it more had we had the time to hop off as well as on.

Always love to ride the Hop On and Off buses. The audio narrative in multiple languages was good. Great way to see an overview of a city. Wish the buses ran at night, yet they don’t.

The 2 tours were excellent the only concern was that there are 2 companies conducting hop on hop off bus tours and people kept sending us to the wrong one. Directions need to be clearer.

The Red bus route was the better of the 2 routes with more things to see in my opinion. obviously. It was nice to sit and see the sites after walking 60000 steps.

I was in Vienna in the middle of winter and wasn’t sure if the top level of the bus would be open or covered. I wanted to be at the top level so I could have a better view of the city tour but not to freeze.
I was happy to find out that it was covered from the winter cold and I could see clearly throughout the tour.

It was a breeze. Once I had my QR code. I downloaded the big bus app which gave me a map of the closest bus stop we walked over and hopped on. We hopped off in a beautiful part of the Internet to enjoy lunch hopped back on to head back to our hotel and saw amazing sites. We loved using the headphones with the option for various languages to hear about the history and sites. Highly recommended.

Staff were good-friendly and helpful.we waited at some stops a long time even though the timetable said we should be on time.we bought a 25 hour pass but the bus finishes at 6pm and starts 9am

This is a total waste of time. There is little commentary, music is stuck in a very short loop and bus people are less than helpful.
If this is a tour to learn about the city tell me something! We past very important buildings and places to the history of this city without even a mention as we drive by - just music!
When asked about the included walking tour the bus person told me it was useless and not to bother. Maybe they ought to say that before I paid for it!

This is a great tour to do with people who have mobility challenges. My 83 year old mother can’t walk long distances, so this was a great way for her to see the highlights of the city without having to get off the bus.
