We purchased the 48 hr pass, hoping to have a day and a half of use. By the time we figured out where a stop was, got the app downloaded (30 min later) and a bus arrived, the driver said he wiuld bring us back to where we were getting on (stop 7) at 17:45
At Stop 1 at 17:25 everyone was told to get off the bus, no more today!
Very disappointed! Hoping today is better! Poor communication

With hindsight would not book with this company but use the yellow bus service which offers more routes

The bus is a great way to see the city and the audio info was a nice touch. It passes and has stops for all the main sights.

It was nice to see several sites. Not very clear instructions as to the starting point, bus line, or sites to see. The bus I was told to get on did not follow the Big Bus App routes. So several of the sites I had hoped to see were not included -no Danube, palaces, or Mozart places. It was more expensive than what was advertised.

Great experience booking the bus, ferris wheel and cruise. Just be aware to ask the ticket person: what time the cruises are, which stop is the best and the the times the buses return. Also double check you don't get on the blue run first as it will leave you little time...... thankfully for Lucy on stop 12 (ticket person) she was able to organise my cruise and provide me worh details that made sense. Lucy I appreciated everything you did for me and I made the opera concert 😀

Lower level is air conditioned. Upper level was fine when temps were reasonable but today temps exceeded 100 (38 Celsius).

Inexpensive and fun way to get one's bearings in a foreign city. Language audio perfect. Trip good length especially considering the low price. Staff helpful for finding which is the right bus. And sitting on top with the wind blowing is the BEST.

Trolley is great…takes you so many places. Only issue was one bus the air conditioning wasn’t working well and it was a 100 degree day

Wish I’d known that shops are closed on Sundays.
Felt wasteful but on a weekday it would be worthy. Not much else to say.

They sold me a ticket I could not use then gave me directions that don’t exist I did the live chat and they told me to walk to a location to catch the bus
But there was no way for me to attend

I do a hop on/hop off bus tour in every city that I tour. This bus tour is great because with one ticket, you get access to both routes….one route keeps you within the city center, the other takes you to the outskirts, including past Schoenbrunn Palace.

We could not find where to get on the bus (for this evening’s tour), thus missing the tour COMPETELY by 2 minutes…we watched it drive away (and it was virtually empty).

Preferred the red route to the blue where there were many great architectural buildings. It was a really hot day, so the covered area up top helped!
